“I have to say that the people are nicer at the Waterman location across from St. Bernardine's. It was easier to get an appointment with them than at the one in the Optum Clinic. It's not all cramped up in the waiting room. And the staff were more friendly.”
“You MUST have an appointment; otherwise, you are going to be waiting for hours. The staff is nice, but the place isn't suitable for more than 15 people. I had an appointment twice, and it was the best decision.”

“I was here yesterday for a drug test and I was impressed with the professionalism and politeness of the staff. I had to stay in the back longer than most so I was able to watch the interaction of the staff with the clients and I was blown away by how every client was treated with respect and compassion. Even after the client left their HIPAA rights were never violated. The exam area was sanitized after every client. I highly recommend this clinic!!! The employees here demonstrate they live their jobs!!!”
