Lack of care for customers. I’ve been using Allstate for a few years now and I always thought I had a good price on insurance but the price just kept going up. I thought that it was okay because that usually happens but once I turned 25 I was hoping my insurance would drop at least a bit in price but instead it continued to soar. I asked representatives why my rate is going up when it’s expected to drop and everyone I spoke to said they had no idea. My driving record is clean. I’ve had my license for a long time and I don’t drive more than the average person. But despite all this when I turn 25 there will be no drop in price for my age like one would assume and they couldn’t tell me why. When I told them I got quotes from other insurances that were around $130 less than what I’d be paying at Allstate per month they just asked that I call them to cancel my premium. There was absolutely no care in whether or not I was a customer let alone a loyal one.

The main insurance agent I was assigned to had horrible communication and forgot a lot. I talked with someone once that was very helpful, that was not my agent, but due to my main agent not being with it I was overall unimpressed. Also, motorcycle insurance was ridiculously expensive. I was able to get on auto, renters, and motorcycle with AAA for the price they were willing to do the motorcycle alone - and the motorcycle is cheaper than my car with AAA where it would have been double with Allstate.

I’ve had bad experiences with other places before but this was ridiculous. I needed a letter for my policy and I was met with a rude man named Alex who asked “why is it you calling me and not your dad instead?” . Don’t even bother with this place

This place is garbage. Tried to get help here one time and they just ignored my questions trying to tell me what to do. NO helpful personnel at all. Don't come here for assistance they will just rob you do your money. The main guy had a weird smell in his office like if he's walking around barefoot with fungus! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

La neta este guey nomas roba a la raza te "hace favores" y no hace nada mas que Robar .Me estan combrando $1,700 y no me pueden dar niguna razon Clara porque me estan cobrando .Este Lugar le quedan muy poco pa que ya Sierran las puertas porque son muy pendenjos tienen 40 años de dead o mas y actuan Como adolosententes pendejos y ignorantes .Y Ay un dios que Esta mirando todods ustedes valer verga la pura Verdad .VALLEN A CUALQUIER LUGAR PERO AQUI NO ! Tbh Mauricio ain't s*** , Doesn't respect Women try's to confuse you by belittling anyone & everyone Mf gonna say he don't but he a b**** ya'll don't trust him &his "workers" trying to defend him are literally just his family like wife & friends trying to not lose their jobs but reality is this place sucks beyond summer trash because of all the ignorant ,selfishness they have going on in there . They can barely do the bare minimum of their job while charging everyone up the a** . GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE ! Allstate is cool but this ONE ! location can just close the doors and don't call anyone for help .

I’ve been insured with Allstate for the past 2-3 years and their service is exceptional. It’s been stress free with all the claims I had. Thank you for Daniela Capacci and her team for their awesome work. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. They really stand up to their motto of “where you’re in good hands.” Definitely recommend getting insured with Allstate. You won’t be disappointed.

I was rear ended by another allstate costumer. For some reason I was charged $1000 deductible to get my car from the auto body shop. Allstate dragged their feet for 2 months. I complained and emailed Mauricio that I was canceling my Ins. I was told the hold up was the "other Ins co would not return their call ". I reminded them that Allstate was the other Ins, I was then told they had the legal right to with hold my deductible reimbursement for 60 days. I had to file a claim with the California department of insurance to get my money back. Staff was always very nice on the phone.

They have good workers that serve but will only call you when your bill is due. How about you call me with a discount not to see how am going to pay.

Excellent service ! The girls there were are very nice, informative and really straight forward . I truly appreciate how helpful they are and always go out of their way to help me whenever I have questions or concerns In regards to my policy. I would highly recommend this place for Auto, life and Homeowners they have amazing rates. I am highly satisfied being a client in this Agency.
