Communicated with Alfonso here and Al over in the Highland location. I want to start by saying that as a pest control worker that communicates with tens of people every day, I appreciate and love the amazing customer service from both these gentleman. Alfonso didn’t pressure me or my girlfriend into purchasing anything, because he’s an understanding caring man. I had the opportunity to try out the multiple mattress in this location and I was happy with what the choices. I left this location to head to the highland location to see a larger variety and was met with great customer service from Al as well. I ended up purchasing a good NEW mattress, a good box spring at a GREAT price and a warranty.I can’t recommend enough how great these stores are and I’d love to come here again should I ever need to.

I was so pleased with the entire experience from walking in to the store to the quick delivery and set up so I could enjoy sleeping on my new bed. Walking in I was quickly welcomed and pleased to have someone know so much about the benefits of mattresses carried. I enjoyed being given different options to help choose my perfect bed. The price of the mattresses they had were very reasonable and I feel I received a incredible deal. I was glad they also offered delivery for the SAME DAY!!! The delivery guy was very professional and called to inform me when they were bringing my mattress, upon arriving he quickly offered to removed my old mattress and moved in my new one. I was amazed he even put together the bed set I purchased. I was thankful for not having to attempt to move them myself and build the frame. Overall I love my new bed and I am so happy I stopped at Mattress Discount King and Thank you for everything and the delivery being so quick so I could enjoy my bed. I will definitely be back to purchase another bed soon!

I bought a mattress over the phone with the owner Al. It was delivered promptly and professionally, set up and old mattress taken away. The bed is very good quality and the service was amazing. I saved time and money. I will be doing business here again. Thank you so much.

I needed an adjustable frame. I went to Costco nearby and they told me it would take 3 weeks to get one. Decided to call a few mattress stores instead and found one in stock at Mattress Discount. It was the same price as Costco too. Very happy and didn't have to wait.

We bought a mattress here a little over a month ago and are extremely disappointed. We were told by the owner that it was their best selling mattress and it is absolute junk! Once we got the mattress delivered it had a tag of a company we had never heard of and the tag was crooked which leads us to believe it was sewn onto a old mattress. After spending $800 we feel like we were totally ripped off. We got rid of our bed after 8 years because it was uncomfortable, but I would pay to have our old bed back now. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST AND GO TO A WELL KNOWN PLACE!

Since we recently moved to the area, we were in desperate need of a mattress for our queen size bed. After checking out several mattress businesses, we discovered "Mattress Discount By Appointment" via Craigslist since hubby wanted a cheap mattress but after actually visiting the business and interacting with the friendly owner Al, we left wanting a high class mattress as well as a sleeper sofa. Before entering the business , there was signage on the door saying that masks were required to go inside. Upon entering the business, we were warmly greeted by the store owner named Al. After being taken to the mattress showroom, Al asked us what type of bed we had as well as what budget we had in mind to spend on a mattress. After we answered Al's questions, he showed us a variety of mattresses and told us the benefits of each mattress as well as let us sit on the mattress to get a feel for them. In the end, we decided on an eco-friendly mattress as well as a couch that can converted into a sleeper bed for any company that comes and visits. Before leaving the store, Al said if we were interested in purchasing the items we looked at, he would text us a weblink to apply for store financing. Hubby said we were interested and we quickly completed the online application which was easy to understand and straightforward. We returned the next day and discussed the items we wanted to purchase before I signing the lease agreement. After signing the lease agreement, we decided upon a delivery date and time to have our mattresses dropped off. Al said to let him know if we needed to have the delivery time has changed. When our apartment move in time changed, I contacted Al and he worked with his delivery drivers to make sure our mattresses arrived in a timely fashion. The delivery men arrived with the mattresses and quickly set them up. We also purchased a sleeper sofa from Al and although he gave us an arrival date of Tuesday, we were pleasantly surprised to get a call that the sofa would be delivered the following day. The delivery drivers brought the item to our home and quickly set it up.Overall, my experience working with this business and its owner Al has been a pleasure and we will definitely be buying more furniture from him in the future.

I went in to buy a mattress an sat on 4 different mattresses. We chose one which was in plastic but was torn so we could feel the top part of the bed which was plush but a hybrid. Then the one brought to us the same day was fully SEALED! The bed was hard and he said he wouldn’t take it back due to covid. I’m upset with my purchase and wouldn’t recommend them to deliver your bed for $20 bucks because they will bring you a different bed!!!!!
