I had a great experience with the lifestream blood bank bus today in Norwalk. I know that Adoni SDA Church does this once a year ! Everybody was so nice and the time went really fast. All the phlebotomists we're so sweet . A real pro when she put the needle in my arm and I didn't even feel a thing. I was really impressed with the nurse that drove the big bus. I will definitely donate to live stream blood bank again. We all gotta do our part. We might not all the doctors or nurses, but we can donate blood. Be a hero save a life.#ShareYourHealth

Made an appointment to donate platelets and arrived prepared, and still had to wait almost an hour only to still not be seen. I expected the establishment to be more efficient with checking people in. Otherwise, I see no purpose to even schedule appointments if they are not respected.

Great customer service and friendly staff members at this location. The first impression is very clean, organized, and updated modern interior design and layout. Nice lighting & big windows. I recommend this facility to anyone who wants to donate any blood products.

I donate some where else. . For a place that suppose to saves lifes. My mother passed away . Funeral was on a monday, first time ever > I asked for the day off. was told u either come to work or go to the funeral, cant have both.. WAS TOLD IF I WENT 2 MY MOTHERS FUNERAL NOT TO BOTHER COMING BACK TO WORK. Had been working there for a long time. As long as i produced they would keep me on, but would not hire me cause i did not have a high school dipolma.When i think about them or pass by there , to this day really bothers me , where i cant sleep at night.

My son donated at his high school and I came to find out that the nurse that was tending to him did not draw blood on him right but poked him four times in the left arm so I brought it to the attention of the lifestream associate and I was very disappointed at the outcome basically they called my son a liar their assessment was unfair my son was very disappointed came to find out that on one arm legally there’s only supposed to draw one unit. My family has always donated sadly they have lost a family that is hurt by their assessment

W B my first experience with this place that the staff is very nice but they need better equipment the day I went in there they scared me because my blood pressure was extremely high but they had cheap equipment battery operated equipment and I end up in emergency room taking my blood pressure was extremely high but what is it but it was not After hour later my blood pressure at the hospital was 137/47

Very misleading if I had to give them a zero I will. Spoke to the lady by the name Cindy who made the appointment.I told her the gentleman I was bringing in is handicap and diabetic. He cannot walk or hear good because he lost his hearing aid will there be a problem?This woman named Cindy said as long as his sugar is under control there shouldn't be a problem with accepting him.Since we don't have any walk-in blood banks in my area, I had to drive three hours to get to Victorville a walk-in blood bank call LifeStream.I was told by one of the staff memberthat they cannot accept him because he cannot walk nor hear to answer medical questions.I said Since I have a power of attorney I can help assist so he's able to hear.The lady said no I cannot be in the same room as him. Then she continue on with since he is in a wheelchair and cannot walk he is not a candidate.It's funny how they didn't ask me to donate blood either when I had an appointment there too same day and time.I am very healthy and have no blood viruses. We both wore clean clothes and was clean.I guess if you just look wrong to them they discriminate and judge you .The lady at Business center drive location, that rejected us,seem as if she didn't care whether we drove that far and offered no accommodation whatsoever.Our appointment day was on 2/3/2022. 1:30 pmThe One on Business center drive. In Victorville California.I lost $60 plus mileage in gas because of this so-called prescreening woman that answer the phone before she set the appointmentmisled us into thinking that wouldn't be any problem.Yet this company wants you to donate for free but they can't give you respect like a human being.

I’ve donated to LifeStream about 9 times now. Each time has been a great experience! The staff have always been very kind and helpful. On my 8th donation, I got dizzy and had to lay down after I finished donating. Everyone was attentive and checked in on me to make sure I was ok. The next time I went in to donate, I let the person know what happened the previous time, and that I was a little nervous. She was very understanding, and took great care of me! She took a little less blood, raised my legs a bit while I was donating, was extremely attentive, and allowed me to stay in the donation chair until I felt comfortable getting up. I’m happy that I found LifeStream, and as a person with O+ blood, it feels good to be helping others out! (And I love always getting the free goodies and/or gift cards they have for each donation.)
