I have never written a bad review but I don’t recommend doing your taxes here they scam people and overcharge. I was told my fee was $500 which is a lot of money but by the time I told her she stated she couldn’t offer me a discount which I understood. She offer me to pay that moment or through my refund and I went to be charge through my refund since it is a lot of money. She told me twice it was a $500 fee which to my understanding was perfectly clear. Once I got home and review the documents I come to find out she added an extra $82 which the fee went from $500 to $582 and plus $50 for electronic filing fee so in total it came to be $632. I was furious and shocked because she lied to me and I trusted her so I called this morning the minute they opened and she try to gaslight me into saying that she never told me it was going to be exactly $500 but that it was going to be over $500. And that she highlighted the amount for me which is a lie because she never did. I didn’t want to argue anymore because I know what was done was done so I just told her thank you and was ready to hang up but she told me since I didn’t sounded happy she was going to called me back after she finished with a client so I patiently waited all day for the call to maybe see if we can fix the situation but never received a call back.
