I can say my experience here at Nissan of San Bernardino was great I had no problems. The salesperson Jazmin was awesome showing me around, the car that I wanted wasn’t there but she Managed to get me into a great vehicle without any problems, The finance department were excellent , I was out the door in less than two hours.

Sold. Me a used car got it at a decent price. Thing is that they sold it to me at 32000 miles and the transmission oil needed changing at 30000 miles. So I took it in to get an oil change, they told me the transmission oil has not been done it’s going to cost 1000$ when it should have been changed already when I bought it. Now it can miss up the warranty and the reason I bought the car was because of the warranty
Additionally I just went in tried to get it shorted out and Veronica zamorano said they DONT do maintenance on used vehicles so be careful buying from this dealership

They are a bunch of tricks, very ⚠️ be careful with those types of maintenance services, from San Bernardino Nissan, I took my Nissan to have the oil changed and the tires rotated and they ended up asking me to add additive to it ⛽ gasoline and additive to the oil in the engine that after ten thousand miles they recommend it to protect the engine, well, they gave me a special one,,, arriving at my house I realized that the tires were in the same place, they did not change them (they did not rotate them) I realized why A few days ago I had a flat tire and they marked it on the tire, and there was the mark on the tire in the same place, and I spoke to them on the phone and those guys from San Bernardino Nissan told me how did I know they hadn't rotated it? the tires and I told them, very easy, because a tire was marked and is in the same place and they didn't have to tell me anymore, they measured that since they didn't rotate them (they changed) why it wasn't necessary to change them, but they didn't tell me anything when They gave me my car and charged for the rotation, they didn't tell me we were going to return the money for the rotation or anything like that, now I don't know if these guys added the additive to the gasoline and oil, why, what's wrong look, they didn't do it, imagine what one doesn't see, these Nissan guys from San Bernardino are very dishonest, be very careful with them

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely broke it down the process so I could understand and helped me find something that suited my needs. I’m so grateful they were able to help me in my current situation. Now I get to drive off in a reliable car and it’s one less thing I have to stress over. Definitely 10/10 would recommend. Mia and Ozzy are definitely the best❤️

I purchased a new Sentra with the help of Martin el caballero. Martin was so helpful, polite and was able to help us with a fair deal. I originally wanted a used car but it made more sense to get a brand new one for a better price. Thank you Martin for all your help! We will be coming back to get another from you soon!
