I don’t recommend this Lab, please Use another one! Don’t come here,I come before And I forgot how they don’t organized, they do have space in the office lobby for more chairs and they put people on hall people sit on the floor, violating the fire department rules,They take forever to call You!

Sometimes long wait times, but I have a major COMPLAINT today.. I called to see if they got my lab orders, & told the guy I'd come in today. They used to be open till at least 3:30 if not 4:30. WHY wouldn't he tell me they changed their hrs & CLOSE at 2:30 p.m.!?❗️That really Burns me up cuz it was important to be done today. (I've been waiting for the Dr's ofc to send order.. they messed up) It was supposed to be sent yesterday. This now delays it 2 more days for me. Needed results by tomorrow; MRI on Mon. Now I'll have to reschedule IF there's even an opening next week. I needed it done ASAP❗️?

My mother and I came today on a VERY busy day without an appointment because the other two LabCorps nearer to me wereclosed for renovations. The entire staff from the front desk to the technicians were extremely nice and professional. We had to wait for an hour, but we were told the wait time would be 1 1/2 hours, so we were prepared and pleased it was less. The tech got several samples from my elderlymother with no pain and no issues. How nice to be treated so kindly! Thank you to the entire San Bernardino staff!

Terrible slow process. Waited for hours on hallway for lab. Even expectant women were waiting standing on hallway. Last people to come in and find a line were the first ones tonget service. Inwont recommend this location. No regard to time and how long people have been waiting on their feet.

Very slow process for lab work, needs to improve the check in like QUEST more outomatic check in machines instead of old-fashioned rudeways.

Every time I come here, there's always someone working that has an attitude or acts like they don't like their job. If you don't like your job, go somewhere else!

Making an appointment is the way to go. I was able to check in on my phone from my car and they sent a text when it was my turn. I was in and out before my actualappointment time.

Because I was disabled and in a wheelchair, I was skipped over twice, because she said there wasn't enough room, I've been in both those draw rooms. Disability act 22 will stop this.

Such a horrible experience, I went in for a job screening but felt more like a convict on probation. I had an appointment for 1:30 but was not seen until 1:45 pm. I tried to tell the person who setup my appointment on the phone I have a medical card and would like to provide it. She assured me a medical review officer will ask me for it once they call me to go over my results. I still took my prescription with me at the time of my appointment, I tried to provide it to the lady at the front desk when i checked in and told her about my med card. she declined to take it and told me the the medical review officer will give me a call to review the results with me, and then I can provide my prescription medical card to them. When I was seen to do the test, I asked the doctor if I can provide her my medical card/prescription to her, she advised me that a medical review officer will give me a call to review my test results with me and at that point, I can provide them your prescription/medical card. After my test I called the number listed for medical review officer and their automated phone system mention the same thing that the medical review officer will give me a call to review my test results with me, and then I will have the opportunity to present my prescription. That never happened, my results were just sent to the employer. I was never given an opportunity to provide my prescription medical card. Now this ruined my opportunity for a new job. Why would you not allow a person to provide their prescription/medical card and lie about the process, saying a MRO will call me and give me a chance to provide me medical card. I was never given that opportunity. When I called back to speak with someone about this, the representative was very rude and could care less. When I told them, they cost me a job.
