You MUST have an appointment; otherwise, you are going to be waiting for hours. The staff is nice, but the place isn't suitable for more than 15 people. I had an appointment twice, and it was the best decision.

Absolute madness! There must have been 100 + people waiting! There's no way that I would ever recommend going to this low rated lab! Disgraceful
