I normally always get my balloons at Party City but wanted to try this place out since it will save me a trip to drive down to Redlands. Lesson learned don’t get any balloons from here. As soon as I got home the balloons have been deflate. Normally balloons last 2-5 days before they deflate. Not a few hours after I bought them. What a waste of money.

Do not buy any frozen meat or frozen foods. I bought some hot pockets because I was craving them and didn’t want to make an extra stop. And they tasted really bad. Just walk down the aisle of frozen meat it looks bad

Terrible costumer service !!! Today 6/7/2023 and used my card line 1 the first one when you enter the store notice the card reader had a skimmer ! In other words a fake card reader that steals youre card information to steal your money i told the cashier what it was to call manager and she was like oh i did not notice this while i was taking it off she was putting it back on i was like what you doing take it off !!!! Call the manager she said i will accept cash only that was shady guys i cancel my card right away !!! Keep an eye out for this guys !

Really rude employees I went to buy some cantaritos but I need more than what they had on the shelf I asked an employee If they more and right away he was rude and said no and pushed my cart with pallet he was pulling I asked a cashier if they had any and right away she said yes but the same heard me asking her and he butted in and said no they didn’t even bother checking to see if they them as I was walking out I seen 2 boxes on the floor with cantaritos they just lost a customer and will tell my family to stop shopping there

Great place to go for Bulk Party items to include a vast array of Mexican Candy and Piñatas. You can also get fresh fruits and vegetables. Mexican cheeses, tortillas, meats as well as Mexican cooking pots and utensils. They've improved their checkout counters to facilitate the checkout process.

Absolutely love shopping here! Awesome customer service, the store is always stocked, and, organized. Clean floors, helpful, and, friendly associates.It would be awesome if online shopping was available an added bonus. To an already awesome store. Pricey if you ask me. About 3 times the price. I know most of the stuff is brought from Mexico but come on. One thing is increasing the price, the other is taking advantage!! Most items you do have to check because of expiration date . I would come here if I REALLY had a craving for a certain candy or item. Other than that I don't think I would. Cashiers are nice so 2 stars :)
