Yes gold is real Devon went above and beyond to make sure my custom ring was just how I wanted it. My ring came out better devon is fast he finished and shipped out my ring sooner than I expected I will not be shopping anywhere else other than with devon . I rated a 5 stars but his customer service and jewelry is a 100 Thanks so much devon I've already told a few ppl were to find you . Thanks Thanks Thanks .

I wanted to see about getting a grill adjusted, dude on the other end of the phone acted like he can't be bothered or comprehend what I'm asking for so I hung up and decided to take my business to Slauson mall.. at least there won't be methheads and 304s in the parking lot down there. Don't open a business if you refuse to have customer service.

I took my 14 k gold diamond, and pearl pendant to Devon to have it closed shut due to an imperfection. I was told to return two days later for pickup. Upon returning jeweler Devon could not find my necklace pendant. I was told to return the following day, and I did. My necklace pendant was either stolen, or lost. I was only reimbursed due to having an EBay reciept because I just purchased the item within this last week. Devon did reimburse me for his negligence. The irresponsibility of the stolen, or lost precious diamond, and pearl pendant that I never wore truly upset me.. I truly question if I had not had proof of purchase of the 14 k gold diamond, and pearl pendant would I have been reimbursed at all?? I will always wonder did the jeweler just steal my real gold, pearl, and diamond pendant? Or was it accidentally lost? I was not reimbursed for the cost I paid to fix this item which was $20. I’m not only at a loss of 20 dollars, but a beautiful piece of JEWLRY I truly liked that I just bought.. I will never return! If I could rate with a ZERO STAR I would. Don’t trust this guy. Super disappointing!

Very rude staff basically ignores everyone rather they are busy or not I have visited this place twice and both occasions were bad experiences he maybe a skilled jeweler but he and his staffs customer service could use work

Like other reviewer mentioned...ghetto indoor mall. Yes location and appearance does have to do with a legit review. Being located in such an environment would reflect the customer service and quality of product this establishment/stall provides. My experience....owner was kind of rude. When trying to educate myself on gold variety and origin of the gold he became upset when I asked about my Italian gold vs. his Chinese gold. Bottom line to some this may be in their budget and the quality they are looking for. From my experience though Italian gold is top of the line...apples to oranges.
