They were open on Saturday excellent place for Licensed AC and Heating people, had my AC capacitor in stock, the gentlemen behind the counter were good. The price was also fair. The only reason i gave them a 4 star and not 5 review is the rough area in San Bernardino but thats not Johnstone fault.

Would not go there my boyfriend went there to buy a capacitor and was told he couldn't buy one without a contractor license and was asked if he had his licenses. He then proceeded to question his knowledge in his license and was still decline the product after proving his knowledge. The man then said "We ReSpEcT oUr TrAdeS" and slammed his fist in the table. Then asked where he worked and after he told him he was a refrigeration technician at a well known company he stayed quiet and my boyfriend walked out. But thankfully this man saved him money because he bought it cheaper online :)

stay away from this shop! i was installing a mini-split unit, and needed A flashing panel. they didn't know what i was talking about despite showing them a picture. they ordered something for me, but it was NOT what i needed. at the time of purchase, they did not tell me that i could NOT return it. level of knowledge sucks, customer service sucks! go here at your own risk.
