My experience with these guys was top notch! My only gripe would be that i didn’t have enough time to get the tire I had originally picked out. Totally not their fault as i was trying to get my truck in n out before having to leave state. I had a 3” rough country lift put on with some 18” methods wrapped in some 35” falkens and the truck came out beautiful They were very professional, communicative, and timely. Ill definitely be bringing my truck back for more goodies

IWC Motorsports helped me out today when they didn’t ‘have’ to.. They did so proactively.. I had just had work done on my Ford Raptor and was sent to IWC to look into tires as I am getting close to replacement time.
On the way to IWC from the Ford dealership I heard significant crunching and rattling that was NOT NORMAL for my truck. I know my truck’s sounds. Ford had repaired the issue I took the truck in for but SOMETHING was jacked with my truck.
Eric and Laura.. seeing my frustration.. offered to take a look for me.. I am VERY lucky that they did as come to find out many components were not fully tightened in the steering assembly and bolts were left in the front steel plate.. It was NOT safe to drive back up the hill to Lake Arrowhead.
After the inspection by Eric, they offered to help me out and get everything fixed and tightened up for a very fair price. I had no desire to take it back to Ford and wait hours/days for them to fix what they jacked up.
IWC has earned my business. I will be buying tires from them in a few months and they will be doing any other work that isn’t required warranty work by Ford (not that Ford dealership).
Thank you to Eric and Laura for your help today.. I am so lucky I came by your shop.

I was very impressed by the knowledge of this shop when it came to suspension. I got an alignment for my 2020 Subaru WRX STI after I installed coilovers. I swear no other shop could do an alignment on a lowered car. I was very frustrated by that. But I am thankful for IWC who took care of me and even talked to me about it during the alignment to see what I would like. Car rides so smooth now. I recommend this shop.

I've been taking my trucks to 4WEST in Colton for over 30 years. They referred me to IWC Motorsports in San Bernardino due to their not being able to address my driver side trac bar fitting being seized. Made appointment with Justin and he was able to fix the problem and even greased the fitting in about an hour, then had me test it out. WOW...what a difference! I returned to let Justin know they did an great job. He said it was a customer service courtesy for 4WEST of which he recently acquired. Thank you Justin!

Took my car not too long ago , it was the second time. First time was just for new tires, went well. However will not be going back after the second time. My car has had issues since having them do an alignment, brakes, and new tires again. I took it to two other shops after and both told me that My car was missing screws, and a lot was out of place. I don’t appreciate that my lug nuts were not put back on they were just handed to me and I was told they’re “ old “ and can not be put back on, even though I haven’t had my car for that long. I also don’t appreciate my license plate frames being replaced for theirs and not taking the time to ask for permission first, considering also I was not given my old ones back.

First time doing business with IWC and I would not hesitate to say this shop is a no nonsense hard working and caring establishment. They did a great job at a fair price and the owner Justin is a friendly great guy. The work on my truck was done fast and done right which seems impossible these days. I give highest marks to the techs sweating it out and doing great work. Thank you for a rarely experienced, perfect first impression!
