Amazing service as per usual! I have been bringing my '14 Lexus IS 250 here basically since I bought it. I originally was going to a shop in highland but when I messed up my rear differential in a snowstorm 4 years ago, that shop quoted me at nearly $2000. I found Inland Import on Yelp thats day and decided to get a quote from them; I had the pleasure to speak with the owner, Ryan, from my first phone call and he was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even though inland import had better reviews than the other shop, I was quoted at nearly half of what the other place wanted to charge me and that's when I decided to come here. Since then I've been helped mainly by Ryan and Bryan both for basic maintenance like oil changes and brake pads to more serious car problems. Every time they've been able to get me in in a timely manner and have always had my car ready as quickly as possible. What I really like about this place though is that on several occasions they've taken the time to physically show me broken or worn car parts that they are replacing. It really makes you trust them and their process and doesn't make you feel like they're just trying to sell you things.I will continue to come here for my car needs regardless of how far I have to drive, I already drive 40 minutes down the mountain to come here because its well worth it! I already have and will continue to refer my mountain friends and family here. Thank you guys for being amazing!!

Good honest mechanics are hard to find. My mechanic recently retired. he and his family go to our church so he was someone I could trust. I needed an oil change and didn't have time to look for a place so I reluctantly took it spreen Honda (I made an appointment) when I got there I asked the guy to please make sure that the cap is closed tight otherwise it would leak so he said they had to look at first and if it was stripped they wouldn't be able to. After more than an hour they said they couldn't do it but wouldn't charge me for looking at it . So I had to find another place. Looked at reviews on yelp and found this place. I'm so glad I did: they told me they could do the oil change to just bring my car and they would know more once they looked at it. They were able to do the oil change and I felt they were honest. I will go again.

Since opening I have been a happy and returning client. I always call and book an appointment for an oil change and have nothing but great customer service. Each time I get an inspection and Ryan or Brian explain anything I should be concerned with like brake pads or tires etc. they are honest, reliable, and efficient. My entire family comes here and recommend them to anyone i know.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I honestly don't know why these reviews are 5 stars . Over priced . Misdiagnosed my car. Out of 5k just for my car to make the same noise . They know basics about cars nothing too serious . After confronting owner of car still being messed up he started to act like he didn't want to be bothered with my car anymore . Yeah stay away from these guys . Wish I had better things to say but I don't.

Been going here for years, Used to be the owners sister at the counter. Now it's just the owner and 1 guy. Until recently, I've seen a few new shop workers. Great work for a good price.
