Horrible horrible horrible company. Do not sign any contract with them. Do not expect anyone to be able to help with your issues. Expect the worst when working with this company. Their contracts are a joke. There is no way to speak with anyone that can resolve your issues. If I could give them no stars, you know I would. If you need a printer, it is honestly way better to go straight to a reliable dealer, and stay away from Image Source.

Office staff was rude. Tried to call about a job offer they had, was treated with hostility. Not worth working for in my opinion.They need to get rid of HR and get better employees.This is a customer service company. They rely on excellent customer service skills to get more customers. A potential employee is also a customer but they do not seem to realize that.

Ordering supplies has got to be the worst experience with any vendor EVER!!! The girls never get it right, they transfer calls right when I'm talking, I've dealt with this for a year now... I'm over it. Management, please get the staff in order, it's embarrassing for you.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have a printer issue and I've been trying to talk to someone but the only thing they want to do is charge me avrage overages for the remainder of my contract and give them a check for over $6000. There is no one I can talk to to get a resolution.Please be smart and don't do business with them!!

I went in for an interview for the CSR position. Janae was very unprofessional and rude to me. What made it worse was the fact that she was unprofessional and rude to me in a public setting around other people in the lobby. I decided not to interview & was no longer interested in working with this company. First impressions for me are everything. The way you treat and interact with potential employees definitely matter. All money is not good money. The same goes for (jobs)! One thing I will never tolerate is for someone to belittle my intelligence or disrespect me in any kind of way!

I purchase a warranty and made the payments for many years on a Canon large format printer. For the first 7years I'd had only 2 minor service calls.They try to repair my plotter 6 times over the last 3 months, kept replacing parts and with no results. They gave up because it was to much labor to repair. My printer has less than 2,000 ft of use and was in very good shape. When I insisted they finish they job , I was told by the President of the Company Brad that he was canceling my contract. He said it is his CHOICE to walk away from the warranty whenever HE wants to! The V.P. Jeff offer a prorated refund of my last year of the service contract. They are Great at taking money when there are no problems. They can't be trusted. Tom F

I have been receiving calls from Erica at Image Source for the last few years, as well as equipment quotes I never asked for. I have told them repeatedly - do not contact me - I am not interested It is impossible to get through to these people. Very bad example of how a company trains its sales force

Image Source has always been super reliable. Bruce is a great guy! It's always great customer service from Image Source and they have lots of knowledge. Whenever there's an issue, they have been able to help me.
