Renting through this branch is tolerable. There have been a few good experiences but mostly bad. I have rented a specific type of car and i get something else. Older vehicles smell like cigarettes. Currently on hold for over an hour which has extended past their hours of operations.

As usual, Damon went above and beyond for us. I only rent from this particular Hertz. I'll be looking for another rental for our next vacation, I only trust Hertz
