Guitar Center in San Bernardino offers a huge selection of amps, drums, keyboards, recording gear, DJ equipment, lighting, and more from top brands. It is a good place to go and educate oneself on styles and options. The staff members are nice, with customer service that is loved, as employees go out of their way to help customers seek out the right gear. However, the store is described as ridiculously tiny, which can feel claustrophobic. Some customers report no acknowledgement from store staff beyond a greeting from security. There can be a little pressure to buy, though staff step back when asked. The best part are the classes for beginners. While the computer software could use an upgrade to help surf for specific items, customers are able to purchase their gear and leave with what they need.
We went into have a guitar and a ukulele repaired. The repairman was quite helpful knowledgeable we left both items to be repaired. Lovely store well stocked and employees are quite attentive.

Loved the customer service! Alexander was a HUGE help! He really helped me seek out the right pedals for my guitar! He really went out of his way for me and I felt really served by him! :)
