They were nice people but the 2015 mountaineer 5th wheel we bought had many issues, things that should have been checked by a PDI. Neither septic tanks flush valve worked and to make it worse the actual septic tank leaked. There was also a propane leak and the propane function on the fridge did not work. Two of the vent fans did not work and were bolted shut. Just a lot things that they could have easily fixed if they even looked at it. My wife went to pick it up while I was at work and they told us both that everything was in working condition and I wasn’t pleased that many things didn’t work

This place is amazing! Fred is a pleasure to work with we needed a little warranty work done on our trailer and he helped us out and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. If you are looking for a reliable place to by a trailer I highly recommend them.

Thank you Fred! Had an issue with a chafed tail light blowing fuses and he diagnosed and fixed it under warranty even though I didn't purchase my trailer from him. The only dealer who would help me. Had it ready next day. True professional and great customer service. Thanks again.

We started a conversation with Fred Months ago about buying or ordering a Sun-Lite 18RD From him. We decided to wait till he had what we were looking for on his lot instead of ordering a unit. Well the end of last month he had what we were hoping for and we went to GQC to look at it. It was basically in good shape, was only missing a jack from the factory that he already had received from Sunset Park RV. The jack was put on before we even completed the deal. They hooked trailer up to generator so we could make sure everything was in working order. It was a rainy yucky day and we still had to set up the hitch. One of his employees (wish we got his name) came out to help. And we appreciated it very much. Thank you Fred and GQC for a pleasant purchase experience. I would definitely contact Fred again at GQC if we were in the market again.

I Hope no one has to go through what I did dealing with these liars / con artists I purchased a 5th wheel from them knowing it needed some cosmetic repairs, upon bringing it home I had a technician to do service to it he started with inspecting the A/C and roof he found the the roof had $10,000 dollars Worth of damage, I spoke to Fred and the first thing he said was to take him to court. well I took him to court and if I never saw anyone so at home, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Went with my father to buy an rv for my grandmother and we put a down payment before we arrived and once we got there we checked out the trailer in person and it was in really bad shape. We decided not to purchase and politely asked for our deposit back. They refused and insisted that they told us it was non refundable which they had not because we like never have agreed to it. This is 1000 dollars that we are talking about here. They are crooks, we are disputing for the money back and will take them to court if we have to. Be careful people

I purchased A 2021 heartland Trail runner 251BH THREE weeks ago from this dealership.We regret to say this Trailer has really POOR quality and craftsmanship, and this is the WORST dealership EXPERIENCE for us so fartwo weeks after we purchased we found out the water heater DOESN'T work and we have no hot water. And just YESTERDAY when it rains, we found out the roof of the Trailer was leaking water.I called the dealership and asked them to help arrange a mobile service to come to the Trailer to help us fix the issues, but the dealership rejected my request and asked us to take the Trailer to A repair shop which was really inconvenient for us.I just felt like we weren't treated fairly GIVEN the POOR quality of the Trailer and the customer service being not helpful at all.overall, it was A frustrating and terrible experience.
