I arrived in the morning for a radiator issue, and a new one has been installed in priority, same day, so I could drive back home !
Jeff and his team have been very welcoming! They inspected my car, immediately gave me an estimate and found the part to have it repaired same day.
I really recommend.

Geez , how can I even thank these guys enough ! I was on my way to work , I was riding my motorcycle, as I was making a left turn , my rear wheel slipped up on me cause me to fall and crash
, these guys heard the wreck and saw me struggling. They didn’t hesitate to ask if I was okay and if they can help . I was okay just maybe a sprain ankle , but I was definitely worried about my motorcycle, we noticed my shift was bent in over and was not functional , these guys with no hesitation said they can fix that and help me out to get it to ride home, sure enough Aron and his father had my bike up and running in 30 minutes . Thank you so much for your help and assistance on getting back home . You need any auto work or custom german work or any type of vehicle , you need to call these guys! , they have all the skills for any job , thanks again to your team !

I had to send my wife with the Mercedes-Benz, and I was worried that they would take advantage of her like some of the other horror stories that you hear about, but they didn’t. They surprise me. Once we researched the cost and repair, we quickly realize that German auto has lower than the average price and we also found out that his service is excellent with quick turnaround. Kason point we got our car serviced and repaired by the next day, ready for pick up..

Please save your money and AVOID THIS PLACE . Came in for oil change and to find an exhaust leak, i paid for them to do so . They switched the oil , removed a gasket from the exhaust and didn't replace it . This made my exhaust leak worse . They told me they couldn't find the leak in their "hour inspection time" even though they removed integral gaskets and didn't give me a quote or really want to work on the car. i basically paid 150 (not including oil price) for codes to be read and gave a shrug. the same thing autozone does for free.

I took my 1977 VW Transporter (bus) into German Auto Haus to have it looked at due to running poorly. It's still fuel injected and the air cooled shops I had work on it just couldn't get it to run right. GAH fixed it without hesitation it's now a joy to drive. Highly recommend these guys for all your needs. Thank you GAH you rock.

Do not ever go here. These guys are a bunch of crooks. I took an 06 Mercedes at 8 am on a Monday last month to do a diagnostic for a check engine light, change the oil, and to fix an oil leak. I told them I wanted an estimate to do a diagnostic to see what it would cost for repairs to fix whatever was triggering the check engine light and the oil leak. They called me back about 1 hour later and told me it would be ~$750. I approved the work over the phone. They called me back 4 hours after and said the car was done. I was surprised they were so fast. I went back in at 3pm to pick up the car and pay. I was ignorant and paid first, that is on me. Then I asked if the work fixed the issue with the engine light and the oil leak. He tells me they definitely fixed the oil leak as they replaced a part that supposedly cost nearly $200; when they showed me what this was it looked like it cost no more than $20. They also said they cleaned up the oil inside that was a mess under the hood. But then I asked again about the check engine light issue. He said "I don't know if the light came off". He then went out to do the actual diagnostic (I thought he did that in the morning before doing anything) in front of me. The car had several codes going off. He did "clear" the codes, which shut off the engine light for about 10 minutes, but my intent was to fix the issue causing the check engine light to come on, not just to clear the codes. Clearly none of the issues were addressed and none were disclosed to me prior to me approving any work. Had I known there were this many codes, I would have only paid for the diagnostic and the oil change and nothing else. I knew I got bamboozled right there, and I figured at least he fixed the oil leak and charged me for a very expensive oil change. I decided to park the car in my driveway for the first time since the oil leak was "fixed" yesterday only to find a huge oil leak under the car this morning. The owner talks a big game and will talk your ear off, but he is a crook. Don't trust them and don't take your car there. I am reporting them to the board right after writing this review.

I gave German Auto Haus a Subaru Forester to take care of a cross threaded oil drain plug, that the Subaru dealership messed up. Today, while changing the oil myself this time, I find out that German Auto Haus didn't even replace the cross threaded drain plug screw, and they charged me $125. I replaced the drain plug for $6.

This place is the only place I will take my car to. If you have a German car and live In the San Bernardino area this is where you need to go. Geoff is honest, timely, and does an AWESOME job. I had had issues with my car for months. No one could fix it and I was dishing out money left and right. Geoff looked at my car for ten minutes came back told me what was wrong, gave me an affordable cost for fixing it and had me driving in two days. That was a month ago and my car is STILL driving like it’s brand new. He saved my car AND my wallet. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!! THANK YOU!!Service: Engine repair

Professional, down to earth & knowledgeable, these guys were awesome. They worked on our VW after it broke down on the freeway which they repaired the same day. My husband & I were able to get to our destination safely traveling cross country! Forever grateful to the owner & his sons, recommend 1,000%.
