I adopted a kitten from the shelter. The shelter statement online said the kitten was 10weeks old and litter trained. I paid $25 for adoption which was great! The shelter told me that the kitten met the guidelines for spaying weight 3lbs and 10 weeks .. only to be told that the veterinarian said the kitten was 4 weeks only 1.16 lbs!! Upon pick up i was charged $8 for bio hazard waste and $25 for rescheduling because the kitten did not met with the 8weeks 2.5lbs needed. Also i was recommended that the kitten needed extras.. totaling $100+ !

Would not recommend this place to anyone at all! Doctor doesn’t like his job and does not care for animals at all and does not even examine the patients thoroughly. Not a good place at all

I got my darling little Tortie kitten from SB Animal Shelter. They said they'd pay for the 2nd vaccination and recommended for the spay at this pet hospital. I looked up the reviews for this vet and quite frankly, I wouldn't take my dying pet there. Nope, will find a more reputable vet for my kitten and my grandson's kitten.

Please don't bring your animals here if you are really worried about your pet having a serious problem. Especially cats, they can't do anything here and they're not gentle at all. Go to Rialto Animal Hospital, honestly best staff and great prices. Much more reasonable than this place. Don't bring your pet here. Please.

The State of California investigated these people as well as the police, the DA and the SB Humane society. My sources revealed that there have been more than just my complaint. I got my money back. A second Vet confirmed that this vet abused a cat so bad it had to be put down. Why are these people still in business.

Please do not take your babies here, the worst experience ever... i took my 5 month german shepherd she was still active drinking a lot of water but she would vomit thats the reason we took her in.. when we got there they told us she had parvo but we caught it early that she seem like she was goning to beat parvo.. so we left her for three day so she could get the treatment done. The three days passed and they told that she was way better but not eating. They told me i had to pay for more medication, and had to take her home amd continue the treatment.. So i said i didn't bring my wallet you told me she was way better, well yes shes better but you have to continue the medication and she will get better, i said well i have no cash on me, so he said let me ask what can we do, he came back and said well can you get the credit card and pay or call someone to give you the number of the card i said no my husband working he said can you go back home and bring it. (thats when you start thinking)... when lulu came out.. she was not active, she wasnt better, but she was super skinny and really dirty, i said I wasn’t going to pay that I would just take her to an emergency room he told me oh no they will charge you even more just pay here so you won’t pay more because they will charge you the same or even more.. REALLY!?!?!? I said NO IM GOING TO TAKE HER TO AN EMERGENCY ROOM... we got home, She went to the back yard, had a FULL BLATDDER .. LULU WAS NOT CLOSE TO THE WORD BETTER.. so now were in the emergency room trying to save her ? PLEASE DON’T TAKE YOU PETS HERE IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN I WOULD HAVE NEVER STEPPED IN TO DOES DOORS ? At the emergency room they notice lulus arm was really swollen.. the doctor was surprised.

This place is complete garbage....they make you wait for hours for your dog to be seen...then it’s what seems to be like 13 yr olds work there..they are not at al gentle with your pets and they are extremely quick to put your dog to sleep over getting neutered.....and will also keep up charging you for things you dnt need....this place is more about making money and not caring at all about your pets....I’ve been to a lot of vets and this is by far to worst no joke....bunch of power happy people who will not hesitate to kill your dog if they dnt like you....bunch of dictators and notzies

Disgusting dog killers... Misdiagnosis, surgeries on animals that are sick and have died following surgery... Recommendations for Euthanization when animals are perfectly healthy... DONT TAKE YOUR PET HERE, THEY WILL DIE.

I want to give my whole hearted thanks to everyone there !!! A few months back, my friend's dog got shot in the face by San Bernardino Police for NO other reason than to kill the dog , which was tied up !! Animal control came to pick up the animal and that wonderful dog was still alive and fighting hard to stay that way !! The animal control brought her here and they did miracles for her !! My friend had several other dogs and the only way she would be able to still see her was if i adopted her, which I did. However, both my friend and I are both out of work and couldn't afford all the cost of her care. These wonderful people understood the whole situation and truly care about animals and worked with me on the cost of her care !! I am very happy to say that me and my friend's dog has healed beautifully and is a very happy and lucky dog to be alive thanks totally to this wonderful and caring Veterinarian!!! We are forever greatful for helping her and being so generous !!! Thank you so so much !! Sincerely, Dana Goodall and Paws !!!

I have been sending rescue dogs for vetting since 2010 . I think they do a good job considering they work with many rescue people and vet many if not all of City and County of SanBernardino shelter dogs .

The BIGGEST ripoff ever. $300 to get my dog spayed and have a couple shots. They have some kind of agreement with the nearby animal shelter. Owners are told to pick their pets up and be subject to whatever cost it's going to be. In my case, $300. It's not that much anywhere else. They included a cone for my dog for $15 (couldn't take it off the tab for whatever reason). A cheap plastic thing that must have cost the less than a dollar. I'm never going back again.
Do not come here. Look for a place that doesn't require a down payment of your first born.

This place is a joke. A sick and disgusting joke. I work for a rescue, and have had 6 dogs get spayed and neutered at this place, and 3 of the 6 had open incisions within a week after surgery. 1 of the 3 actually died because her incision opened and it irritated her, and she chewed her intestines out. We had to take the other two to the vet we use and have them sewn inside, like you are supposed to. If you want proper care for your animals, do not take them here.
