After saving for my first home, 30 yrs, I invested $7k for new countertops. What I got is a dented refrigerator door, permanent swirl marks and a half torn out wall. Do not use this business if quality is what you desire.

Few days ago, I went to buy some material for my projects and you guys had an employee believe her name was Megan. White gal and her personality is just amazing. She provided the best customer service ever. I was so pleased that she was working there and makes your store looks really good too.

Sept 22/2024 Jenny at Home Depot working the front end was not checking on a register rude fail to sell ring products to me her approach was so unprofessional I asked if she had a white ring flood light camera that was in a locked cage behind her she said well if you don't see it here we don't have it I ask can you check the back see if you have one in stock .she said you need to go find someone on the floor to help you . I said you're here not helping anyone why can't you help me ? Then she said well go stand in line and someone will help you . I turned around there was no line I went where there was no line and told I don't see what was the purpose of doing this but ok then had an attitude I asked her to call her supervisor and Jenny was telling him I was rude then he came and said how can I help I explained I wanted to by ring cameras and Jenny was so rude in front of security and associates and he lifted his shoulders as he didn't care I couldn't believe it he was a supervisor Josie never experienced this treatment at any Home Depot's after being treated like crap another associate Alyssa that witnessed the situation went above and beyond to help me and got me a ring camera and rang me up I thanked her saw her name tag was Alyssa she provided excellent guest service! that the supervisor Josie should had done but didn't!

Today, our dad Roland gets to go home from the rehab hospital, exactly 5 weeks after experiencing stroke symptoms in the parking lot of this Home Depot (695 E. Hospitality Lane, S. Bernardino, CA). He stumbled and fell down while trying to get into his car parked in the Veterans' parking space. But security guard Tony Houston, Home Depot employees Linda Perez, Denise, Jessica, Ever and managers Damian Filiberto and Michael Martinez as well as an anonymous Home Depot customer stepped in quickly and took care of him until the ambulance arrived (within 10 minutes). Thanks to their quick and caring acts, our 90 years old dad received timely treatment and has minimal sequelae from the stroke. Today, he is talking like himself again and walked out of the car and into his home with little help. Our family will be forever grateful to you for your willingness to go beyond the call of duty and show tangible care to a fellow human being in need!

This place is ran by monkeys there's 30 people in line and only 1 worker helping while 5 other workers are to busy talking over in the pro checkout area. Then walk over to the return area to see if we can pay there and just get a shit attitude!!! Absolutely will not come back here and will be sending the pictures I have of everyone standing around not helping get the 30 people in line take. Care of with 3 registers open and 5 closed for some reason..

Today, Sunday morning a really nice Asian girl Allison was working returns. She should be commended for doing her job and being so pleasant. There was also a cashier at self checkout, Yesenia, very pleasant. Amazing what a difference hiring the right employees can do for Home Depot image. Nobody wants to go shopping and be subjected to the nasty attitudes some of the cashiers have at this location. These two young ladies should be commended! Thank you!

Don't buy any gift cards from here. I bought a $25 gift card for Bath and Body Works and the cashier charged me state sales tax on a gift card. Gift cards are exempt from sales tax. I asked the cashier and manager why I was being charged sales tax on a gift card and they said they had no clue but I couldn't get a refund because it was a gift card. I didn't have time to argue over a $2.19 sales tax but I won't be coming back to this store ever.

The customer service here is HORRIBLE. I was denied my right to use my veteran discount by a rude female employee who , seeing a line halfway through the store, DID NOTHING to get help with the long lines. Then she said her name was NOPE. What total scum are these people who work here. Home depot will NEVER get my business again. I'll go to Lowes or Ace Hardware from now on. This store treats customers and VETERANS with uncaring and disdain. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE MY FELLOW VETERANS. We are treated poorly here. I'm gonna file a complaint with the corporate office. Zero stars is more on point than 1 star. Look at all the bad reviews.

I love Home Depot. It gives me all the supplies for a little projects I need with my kids. I love Home Depot. It's like a good place to go. Very good pricing outdoor parking except cash and credit card. I'm like who does that? That's so cool.

You know I didn't care to go to Home Depot when my husband was alive RIP. I would yawn and was so bored as we walked around looking at tools and stuff for the house..boring is what I was thinking in my head! Well since he's been gone I find myself at Home Depot quite a lot now. What the heck is wrong with me. Hahaha! I find everything I need at Home Depot from pool chlorine and supplies, firewood, bug spray, patio furniture, BBQ grills, refrigerator water filters. I love Home Depot now

Who doesn't love The Home Depot? When I was very little, I loved sitting in the basket while my mom pushed me around the warehouse. Loved their old stick figure commercials in the 90's. And now I'm still shopping here. I'm so glad they have Rug Doctor carpet cleaning rentals. I couldn't find it anywhere else even though the RD website showed different stores that should have had them. Love their prices, love their layout, love their employees, love the smell in the gardening area... It's home away from home where I can get everything I need for home! :D

The last two visits here have not been the great feeling of what Home Depot used to be. My online pick-up order has been reduced or gone without an updated message. Save yourself the time and gas, and don't send it to this location.

drove up around 7:30 & once I got to the doors they turn the lights off and close 30 minutes early. If you're not going to be open till eight then change your hours of business.
