According to the cashier you can't purchase anything unless you provide a phone number or email. I told the cashier I didn't want to give a email so I gave her a phone number reluctantly. Then she still asked for a email. I said no, I just want to pay for the shoes and leave. She added a fake email and then said my receipt will be sent to my email. If that really is a policy, then it's stupid. If that's not a policy and the cashier is trying to just get people to sign up, I feel like that's extremely unethical

Horrible service, employees in other shoe stores in the same mall will go up to you and ask if you need help and get you what ever shoe size you need, these lazy bums will make you walk the shoe you need to them because they don't wanna walk 10 feet.

All the reviews are true and kids all work here are bad too! I asked lady for my shoe size and waited for over 15 minutes. It wasn't busy at all either. At first they were helpful but afterwardsYour better off going to another store to try something on and order online. Places like this make me wonder how they stay in business!

Love it great prices ..the only draw back associates don't help much they kind of just look at you while they talk among thierselves the reason i give it five stars is because they had what I needed. Besides that it be a one if it didn't.

Great bar service and drinks. The only thing I have a complaint about is that after visiting my sister in law left her purse when trying to call several times I could not anyone to pick up the phone , could you please fix that situation. Luckily after the moving the purse was found and kept safe until she returned to retrieve it.
