Seemed quite deceptive on our phone call. Didn't want to provide their CA Electronics Repair License number. Said they'll "only provide it to the authorities"!? I said, "If you really have one, it's publicly available information. Pretty strange that you're refusing to provide it."That was my queue to run and never look back. He also had difficulty explaining their warranty as well as what is does and does not cover. (2) out of (5) as they didn't do anything bad, as I didn't sacrifice my device to them.
