Useless staff. I was trying to ship back a muffler. It was a bulky oversized package, I already had the label printed and they refused to take it in. Apparently EVERYTHING that gets shipped via FedEx must be in a box. I drove down the street to another FedEx ship center and they took it in. No questions asked!

Bad service, called to see if they could give me a round about quote on shipping a box that I got delivered from FedEx. Every shipping store I called plugged in the numbers, weight and how big the box was and gave me a shipping price based off real numbers. The guy said we aren’t allowed to give quotes. You work at FedEx and you can’t plug in some dimensions and tell me the cost to ship a box.

Wow! Rudy and Jasmine really went above and beyond to help me figure out how to fit a radiator that I needed to return back into the original packaging. It took us almost 10 minutes to fit it in there properly. I appreciate their time and careful attention to ensure that I would get the package returned safely to get my money back. Thanks for the excellent customer service!

Wonderful service and great ambience when you walk in. Carlos and Rodolfo are great. I'd also like to mention that it is WAAAAAY cheaper to print and copy items here than at UPS store. I wish I discovered this place sooner.

Edward Rodolfo and his staff were extremely helpful in packaging my shipment for me today and helping me out to my car (it was a very heavy package) I don't think I have received this kind of service in a very long time, with this crazy world we live in right now it's hard to find great customer service. Thank you Fedex I really really appreciate all your help today. Also The rep at the Fedex Hub(RIVA) at 945 S. Sunnyside Ave, in San Bernardino she was very helpful and professional as well, thank you.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!Last Thursday was the first time I went with a colleague to this store, it’s the only Shipping Center nearby, the company I work for makes large shipments every week.At any other FedEx they scan the envelopes, but lately they haven't wanted to scan them, we asked why they didn't do it anymore and they didn't give us any reason. They only said that we had to scan them. Finally, after they left us waiting for a long time, someone came out and scanned them but the girl who “helped us” did it reluctantly, she started throwing the envelopes and tossed the boxes at us in which we brought the envelopes.Wesley who is in the Pack Plus area, complained about me and said that I had insulted him and that I was not welcome there, I barely spoke to him because I don't speak English very well, but what he said could cause me problems in my work for slandering me, he is a liar. First of all, I’m a professional person, and even though they did their job reluctantly.I had no reason to insult them, the point is they were upset because they had to do their job.

This is for the outdated tech. I guess I am too advanced for them.Their machines/printers are not able to detect or read the pdf files in my toshiba flash drive.So I am forced to print as I am trying only fax.Then I had no choice but to use their computers to read and print my files.I instantly found the USB to Fax function but they did not have it In service.It’s d*** because I was able figure out their function and system in less than 5 minutes to only find out fedex does not the system connected.Yet they are still charging .50 cents a minute for people to use computers but it’s not that it’s fullest potential? Nah
