This office is horrible!!! I scheduled a pickup last Thursday and at the end of the day the driver drive right by my house, didn’t even slow down. I called FedEx and they were not helpful at all so I scheduled again for Friday. Put in instructions to call me if they could not find my house and gave my phone number. On Friday at the end of the day, they again just drove by my house. On Saturday I started looking for someone to go with me to San Bernardino to ship it. Then a woman named Tonya called to see if my package got picked up. I told her no and told her what happened. She said she would call the freight manager and have someone come to my door and pickup the package. No one ever came. So I spent a total of 30 hours waiting for them. Today I paid someone who could lift the package for me to go to Victorville because they have much better reviews; and we shipped the package.

This is by far the worst company in the world needs to be shut down and never be opened back up again they waste time delay packages and give you the run-around there is nothing good about FedEx I swear this is why people go to Amazon I hope this company gets shut down and never opens back up terrible service all the way around wasted my time

Truck parked in the fire lane blocking cars in parking spots. We honked and driver still got out to deliver into the business after being made aware we were trying to get out.

The no-show usually happens on Friday when they know people in a hurry will go to the store to pick up their package anyway. And the driver saves a trip on Monday. I’m sure the staff at the store are nice but the recurring bad practice of the delivery driver is something they don’t intend to fix. It has happened to me a few times already.

Fedex as a company is absolute garbage. Too many times has a package been late, lost, or delayed. The company has zero accountability and even worse customer service. Every try calling the number to speak to a live person? Good luck getting through, then when you do they lie and make fake promises. Then go to facilities like this where the people up front have no idea how shipping actually works like staging packages for next day delivery or assigning routes. They refuse to get a manager and say the word sorry with zero compassion or attempt to make right the wrong they have done to customers whom. How this company manages to stay in business has me scratching my head, but change is definitely needed from top to bottom.

Horrible delivery service, they lied two days in a row and said I wasn’t home when they never knocked, nor came to my door (I also have a camera on my front door lol) I was literally home waiting. Long story short after talking to cs I decided to have them hold my package and I’d come to pick it up, after making a complaint and had an investigation started, TODAY the driver left a door tag on my door knowing I had already said I’d pick it up because I no longer trust the driver. Still never knocking on the door (what a joke) This should be illegal to have a delivery service this awful. Wasting our time and playing these games!

I had to pick up my phone because they did not deliver after 3 o'clock. However, great customer service. They were able to hold my phone at the hub where I went and picked it up.

Was suppose to receive my package yesterday. Driver said no one was home, when I waited all day at home. They didn't even leave a miss u note on my door

I decided to stop by while I was in the area, to pick up my package that was brought back, since I wasn't home to sign for it. This place is really a hidden gem in a residential neighborhood. I had to double check my GPS, to make sure I had the right address, because I thought it was taking me to someone's home. It seems to be a convenient location for the locals, and doesn't look like it gets too busy, unless a lot people know about it.

The company is horrible, however staff here was very helpful in tracking down my package. Overall, had a good experience whenever it was not their phone or online system.
