I've been coming to this carwash for years and I've always recommended it to my friends and family. I take my sports car and my truck here and from their regular wash to their wash with a hand wax, they have always taken good care of my cars. The big reason why I have been coming back for so many years though, is hands down their customer service. Their whole staff is always very polite and do their best to give you a great experience every time. So if you are in need of a car wash and you're in the area, I highly recommend this place.

Dropped my truck off for an oil change and detail. These guys knocked it out of the park! The guy who checked me in was named William, super friendly and took care of me big time. The cost for me to get my oil changed with synthetic at the dealership cost the same as synthetic here but I got a free wash included with the oil change. It's a win-win! I will definitely be coming back.

Horrible service. It stated one price, then he charged me $30 and didn't even clean inside my car. No air fresher and the tires dressing wasn't even done properly on my car. I had to clean the inside and rub the dressing into my car. It looked crazy, not like I just spent $37, I still tipped but I will never return. My truck is white and there are black spots all over my car that came off with me wiping it. The guy told me he didn't feel comfortable cleaning Jeeps when I asked him about it.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting Express Quality Car wash and let me tell you, it was an absolutely horrendous experience. I opted for the $23.99 wash, which seemed reasonable for my 2014 clunker that’s seen better days. However, the car wash representative was relentless in his attempts to upsell me to the $39.99 option meant for high-end vehicles. Seriously? My car looks like it’s been through a warzone, with paint chipping away and dust caking every surface.
To my utter disbelief, he flat-out refused to wash my car unless I paid for the more expensive service. It was as if he was treating my vehicle like it was beneath him, simply because it wasn’t a shiny luxury model. I felt judged and disrespected, and frankly, it was disgusting to be treated that way.
If you own a car that’s not a showpiece, I’d steer clear of this place. Save your money and your dignity—this place clearly doesn’t appreciate the value of every customer. Horrible experience overall!

The owner or manager of facility is extremely rude. A customer asked him to speak into his phone to translate. The owner/manager told him no for him to learn the language. Really how can someone be so rude to a customer.

First time visit. I was very impressed with their work. I asked for the mini detail and I paid $125 including tip. It was worth it. I forgot the name of the paisano who worked on my car. He did a fantastic job and I tipped him $15. They will try to upsell you but that's fine, they are trying to make a living. Location is clean and comfortable with plenty of air conditioning running. I will return. Check them out...

Extremely over priced. $40 for the vip plus wash. But to wipe down seats & floor mats they want an extra $45. $85 for a basic car wash seems excessive.

Have the best guy here (Albaro) who does my car and does a good job always has and never have problems...they do a good job on any car or truck ...try them out..

Take my cars here frequently and they always do a very good job. Inside and outside seating. Drinks chips and ice cream and candies sold here. Make sure to check your car before you leave so everyone is happy.

Came and the soap machine didn't turn on. Owner offered to take a dollar off. I've been coming here for years! Never again! So please make sure you watch when your car is going through.
