I know deliveries can take sometimes longer than expected and we have no control over that or the traffic or anything that happens, but an associate just taking my call and seeing what she could do for me was the best and was very thoughtful. At least I have an idea of what is going on not being left in the dark sometimes that is more important than receiving your package thank you Jennifer, Capone.

Their system was hacked and they still got our delivery to us on time. They could have just not delivered. but even when they were fixing the tracking system they came through. The driver was friendly and prompt.

The customer service reps here are in a serious need for a diversity and people skills training. I filed a complaint with Build.com who uses them for delivery. The reps tossed me around and one even hung up on me just because I couldn't articulate, yes I speak with an accent but I don't deserve being treated like "I don' t know what you are talking about.." Click! They are horrible horrible human being.....

Small yard, looks tight. Came here to deliver a new Estes 53 trailer and I had to leave it outside on the street. The staff were mega cool. Even let me in into there break room to buy drinks and snacks and use there restroom.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! 2 days taken off work and waiting for NOTHING. They STOLE my item. Waited all day on the scheduled day, and received a call from a private number with a lame LIE about how the truck was too heavy to come to my location that day. There are no weight stations on the way to my house. Rescheduled for another day. NO ONE EVER SHOWED. After waiting 45 mins on hold ON 2 PHONES TO 2 DIFFERENT NUMBERS they have posted, someone answered and said someone will call me back. I called the company I made the purchase from, and they show my item as delivered. THEFT! They told me this not the first time this has happened. THEN WHY KEEP USING A HORRIBLE COMPANY?! I called the 1st number someone called me from to see if I could talk to them. Number doesn't exist. Either they call from a burner Or a fake Google number. 99% sure they steal and re-sell your stuff. I'm going to call my credit card company and report my item as stolen. Thank goodness for AMX fraud purchase protection. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. If you order from any company, and then they send you Este as the shipper, do yourself a favor and CANCEL YOUR ORDER. It's seriously not worth the time or hassle.

They suck on delivering your items in a timely manner. They work with Home Depot so I had no choice. I took a 2 days off and item wasn't delivered on either day. They came up with excuse after excuse. I don't even Yelp companies but these guys upset me so much I took the time to do it. Thumbs down all the way.

I ordered a snowblower for my husband as we moved to the mountains and I figured he would need one. I ordered one from Home Depot and they assigned Estes Express to deliver this item. They have had the snowblower for 3 weeks, approximately 30 minutes from my residence and I still don't have the snowblower. We were told it would be delivered February 8, 2021, that was the first delivery date. We have been trying to get our snowblower delivered since then and they lied every time they said they would deliver our item. I still do not know what their problem is or what's going on. I am going to call Home Depot and they can figure out how to get their item from them, I'm getting a refund. Good Luck getting your item from them. This business is awful and hope whoever uses this business in the future gets what they bought.
