poor customer customer service and the staff has very poor customer service and they are racist they don't listen to customers and they cant never satisfied customer either they don't have vehicles available and they make you wait for a long time. Also when you ask for corporate number the manager will tell you find it your self. Is ashamed that they staff they had before was way better and the one now suck poor management and poor service

rude. the woman there answered phone calls while I was in front of her. my reservation wasnt honored I am moving and they had a dodge charger wow really helpful. then she berated me with questions when I asked her to slow down she asked me to leave on my way out she was already spinning the narrative her way against me. update: I responded to the reply below. ill let yall know how they handle it.

...After reading all of the reviews, there seems to be a common theme. Poor Customer Service, A I don't give a F*** attitude, over promising and under delivering cars, long wait times, bait and switch and dirty or mechanical issues. I made a reservation for a mid size SUV AWD confirmation #1986225713 to be picked up on February 9th 2024. I needed an AWD because I live in the mountains and my car was in the shop. This reservation was for a Nissan Rogue or something similar. The quote I received was a total of $424 for a week. My son dropped me off on his way to work. When I walked in, there were about 3 customers seated waiting for their rentals. At the counter, I was checked in. When I presented my debit card for payment, I was told I would also need a major credit card. I have rented many cars through enterprise in the past and didn't have this issue. I had one credit card with me but I wasn't sure if I had enough on there to pay the rental and the deposit. I explained that I had just transferred $5k to my bank account to pay for the repairs to my car which included the rental. She said that they did take debit cards for some vehicles but I would have to provide a utility bill as well. ( which I happened to have). She said not to worry, we would deal with it outside when my car was ready. As I sat there, it became clear to me that there was an issue with the cars available. I waited for over an hour and was getting concerned about not having enough available on my credit card for the rental plus the $300 deposit, which I thought was absurd! Almost as much as the car rental itself. It used to be $150. Keep in mind I live locally as well, no more than 25 miles away. When my car was ready, I went outside and a male employee told me it would be $700 plus for the week... I was like oh no it wont. They quoted me $424. The car they brought out was a Ford Explorer. Im not sure what category that fits into, but that particular vehicle could not be paid for with a debit card. He did get closer to the original amount quoted but it was still more at $489. Rental Agreement #3CLQW8. When he ran my card, it was declined. While I was waiting in the lobby I even made a $400 payment to ensure there would not be an issue. I ended up calling my credit card company. They told me the $400 wouldn't be applied to my account until Monday and I had $723 available. My total including the deposit was $789.11. So I was a little over $60 shy. Back in the lobby, I explained what was going on, and asked if I could pay the $60 with my debit card. I was told No that they only accept one form of payment. I asked if I could pay for the entire thing upfront with my debit card. They said No they couldn't do that either. I asked if my reservation could be modified from a 7 day rental to a 5 day rental, again the answer was NO which I still do not understand. They told me that if they did that they could not rent me anything. I asked if they could cancel the reservation and give me something different and the answer was NO. I said, you do realize I am stranded here right? "I understand Ma'am I'm sorry. " So....let me get this straight. I made a reservation for a specific type of vehicle at a certain price. They gave me what they had available and charged me more... but they couldn't alter my reservation? They made me feel like a second class citizen. This is NOT customer service. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the response given was "We tried to explain it to her." Explain what exactly? I live locally. They did NOTHING to resolve the issue. They could have charged the additional $60 on Monday. Or done any of the other things I suggested. I almost feel like I was discriminated against. I have been an Enterprise customer for years. I gave them an opportunity to fix it and they didn't. Enterprise your Corporate office needs to do something about this location clearly. There are similar complaints going back to 2020. This morning my mother-in-law and I had to get a rental because our other car had to go into the shop because it was running rough and so well we went this morning to add Enterprise. The staff was awesome and very accommodating And compassionate I want to give a shout out to Yaz, because she was so calm in the storm and very caring. She gave us a discount so that we Could be within our budget and she was very understanding and Caring and she’s done this before with us Well, we had a rent another car. Every time I come to this location for Enterprise it’s a good experience and they really go the extra mile to make you Addy as you get it done! Thank you Yaz And the Team at enterprise San Bernardino!!!

Worst experience ever! I go get my rental this afternoon after taking my car to the shop. I was told over the phone that the deposit will $50, I get there and they tell me deposit is $100! They said it used to be $50 but now it’s $100. I say ok that’s fine they get my initials and I’m ready to pay. It was pouring outside and the lady runs my card on her tablet and says it was declined. I’m confused because there’s funds in my account. I ask if they can run it again and they tell me they cannot, I have to wait 24 hours to run my card again. I call my bank and there is no declined transaction on file. I have work to get to tomorrow and my kids need to go to school what am I suppose to do? I try to talk to the manager and she says there’s nothing they can do.. how is it my fault that the girl ran my card in the rain ? That’s probably why my card wasn’t read right and it was declined. I then asked the manager why they charged me $100 when they had said it was $50? And she said sometimes we honor it and I asked why didn’t she honor mine? She says that after the fact my card was denied. So I called my insurance and they got me a reservation at Hertz and was in and out within 45 min. Never dealing with enterprise again!!!

If it wasn't for Dominique and Mina, I would not go to Enterprise, let alone that specific location. I was greeted with open arms, they are always nice, polite, and friendly, and they accommodated all of my needs and requests in a short amount of time. Dominique made sure I was in a car that best suited my needs, and Mina made sure that upon returning my rental, everything was taken care of. Whenever I want to rent a car, I will always make sure to talk to those two people. They made the experience wonderful!

I can't say enough good things about this location and the staff working there. Every single person I've had interactions with was great! I rent from here very frequently and Jackie is usually the one to check me in or out and she is just amazing at her job! They all go above and beyond to take care of their customers and its really refreshing. Also, the courtesy shuttle (up to 5 miles) driver is so nice and I wanted to make sure he got recognized for his great customer service too! All around, the best enterprise location I've been to.

Came in about 8-10 minutes before my pickup time and I was not out until 47 minutes later. This can be a busy place and they only had 1 person in the front so the line was 3-7 lining up to be checked in/out and 3-6 people waiting to finally get their car (after checking in). This was the whole time while I was there. At least the people working there were very courteous and apologetic without an attitude seen in many other rental places.Their car selection however sucked. Since I was there for a while I had plenty of time to somewhat look around. The cars in the lot all looked like they have seen better days. They were older, well used, with plenty of scratches. My car was not super clean and smelled with strong fragrance to cover up the cigarette smell. They gave me two options for what class I reserved. 1 had 35k and the other had 63k but both looked like they had at least 120k on them.I hate to say it but the place looks like ghetto while located in a ghetto place and the cars were ghetto. But at least all the people working there seem to be nice and courteous
