A HUGE THANKS to Frank and his Team for taking care of me and my 2019 Honda Accord Sport, from start to finish he made this bad experience I had with my car being vandalized to a less stressful situation, he has my car back to looking brand new again ?? I definitely recommend him to anyone that wants a honest, experienced auto body shop go see him !

They took care of me right on the spot. Empire collision gave me the best quote in the area. They only had my car for 1 day when other shops were telling me the job will take at least 5. The finish came out astounding. Thank you Empire Collision.

Every single part they put on your car is aftermarket. I now have vacuume noises coming from under my hood. And it took them 5 months to change one headlight because they kept putting an aftermarket one on my 2016. It has sensors that told me since the beginning that the headlight wasn’t working but they told me to wait. Which made a whole 5 month wait for trial and error. Ridiculous for me to pay 2k so bad parts.
