How sad that they have such a despotic person in charge. I've been shopping here for 5 years and I only asked Karla, the manager, for help once and she treated me with indifference as if I were asking for alms or as if she were doing me a favor. I will never return. To this store I don't understand how people like that have those positions, the cashiers are loving people, there are people who really deserve to be in that position.

I remember when I used to work here. Thanks to this job I learned to never work at minimum wage jobs again and to go to college to get a career instead. Also their produce is not fresh at all. I bought some strawberries from here and they were all nasty. You're better of going to Cardenas even though they are more expensive, at least their produce is fresh and their store is cleaner and more organized.

My coworker and I love to get lunch here the food is really good but the customer service employees not so much. We've had more bad experiences than good with the employees but we continue to come back because we like the food. I had a small catering order I needed ready for the next day at a specific time and when I went to pick it up it was not ready. Then they forgot a couple things so I had to drive back to get them but the manager was very helpful and corrected the problem.
