Will never stay here again! This hotel is overpriced, unsafe, and in terrible conditions! When we checked into our room, there were no towels, the soap in the shower was used, and the toilet seat was dirty. When we asked for towels, the towels we received were stained and had hairs on them. There were blood stains on the walls. When we turned on the TV, a pipe fell down from behind the TV. The glass covering the picture frame on the wall was broken. There was a stream of water leaking from the upstairs tub and coming down through the bathroom ceiling. The whole bathroom flooded! When we told the reception, their explanation was that the person upstairs was showering with the curtain outside of the tub. Everything about this hotel was a nightmare!Rooms: The room was filthy, towels and sheets were stained, blood on the walls, completely disgusting.Safety: The rooms open to the parking lot, which is unmonitored and accessible by anyone. A random person knocked on our door in the middle of the night. This hotel is very unsafe!

The best hotel in this area for sure, but still not all that. They have a pest problem and their sheets and towels are all stained. Wi-Fi does not work inside the rooms and some rooms the TV doesn't work. Not all of the lights were working and the water didn't get hot enough. Staff steals so if you can always have someone in the room, do that. They will harass you about cleaning but they don't clean themselves. The owner is great though, I would imagine his staff lies to him a lot because the way he carries himself I don't think he has an evil bone in his body. He's kind and honest. I'm sure he trusts his staff to be cleaning and doing repairs properly and probably doesn't know how poorly they actually do their jobs. I would stay there again if I'm in the area, I would just bring my own cleaning supplies and linens and my camera so I can catch them the next time they try to steal from me.

Management provides spectacular customer service. Appropriate discernment and fair customer interaction.Walkability: All amenities are within walking distance. Everything you need is within a 15 minute walk.Food & drinks: ?♂️ ?♂️ ?♂️ ?♀️ ?♀️ ?♀️

The staff was happy to accommodate our early arrival seeing how it was so hot and we were in no condition to be in the extreme weather temperatures… thank you economic staff for your complete understanding…..

So much to unpack here, well I came here with my mom for a funeral and we are not from this area, but I am super disappointed. We booked with priceline and their Google reviews lied. One, the Office was never open during our night stay. Then when we went to pick up our room key we went to another room for some odd reason they didnt use the office. And the person that gave us the room key was very nice but I had asked for a non smoke and he first gave us a room us the stairs which my mom could not climb due to her knee issues, so he gave us a whatever key, and that room stank like cigarettes. Once it was time to sleep our bed sheet were clean but rhe actual bed looked disgusting, like wear and tear. Lastly says on their website they had a breakfast, welp when I asked the guy in the office he said "No, no breakfast here" so my thing is why advertise it. Overall the experience really was sketchy and horrible to experience while trying to attend a funeral.

First time coming here and it's not the bet but the room is decent. We got room 202There is a lot of prostitution happening all hours of the night and day but you won't know unless you pay attention.The room has paint patches, broken microwave handles, broken refrigeration thermometer, nasty stains on the wall as if stuff was thrown at it, a nice size hole when you first walk in, smelled like unbelievable amount of cigarettes... I can say I have not seen bugs yet, but can't say there not here, the bed seems like it sinks in but it is comfortable..the shower certain had (red) stains all on it indicating blood or something, I had to get it changed.....The city of San Bernardino building and safety needs to come inspect this property and regulate the guest here...the area it's self where the hotel is isn't the best it's a high prostitution area..I can not recommend anyone stay here until they make some changes to better there business

The pictures online were not the same room, the room we got initially was a smoking room and the front desk put us there without us requesting a smoking room or asking if that would be okay! Switched rooms due to the heavy smoke smell, ripped up chair, and toilet that wouldn't flush. After switching rooms our new room had the worst lumpy and uneven mattress I've ever slept on. The sheets didn't even smell clean either. Do not stay here, the extra $50 for a better hotel room is worth it trust me.

Staff is rude, extremely nasty rooms omgggg I never saw anything like it! They change the prices like it’s okay.. how am I given three different prices?? I felt humiliated after having a interaction with the rude front desk worker, it’s like he didn’t even want me to check in. After I saw the room I felt like he did me a favor, return my key, collected my money and left!!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Rooms were disgustingly filthy, looked like they hadn't even SWEPT the floors, towels had brown marks on them, walls had weird dirty stains and gunk on them, and we had to buy new bedsheets to sleep there bc it was so nasty. Not to mention there was an abundance of women's blue hair all over the room left for who knows how long. Also they didn't have breakfast but 10000000% would not eat there if they did. 0/5 stars.

this place was really gross. the rolly chair had actual, visible c*m stains and it was repulsive. the AC didn’t work. you could connect to the wifi, but it also didn’t work. super sketch at night and we felt actually unsafe the whole time. the people working there seemed kind, but we had to find a new place to stay. supposed to stay two nights, but we checked out after the first. they also upcharge nights without being explicit about the price.

It was the most horrible place I ever stayed. I actually couldn't stay because room 105 smelled so bad I couldn't breathe. I asked for another room \\u0026 was moved to room 202 no remote for TV \\u0026 a huge roach bigger than normal. Plus guy from the front desk was really rude \\u0026 unprofessional. This place should be shut down.

selected pay later option but they charged my card as soon as I booked, I ended up getting stranded and not being able to make it to this room, charged me and that's the only money I had it tried to contact but was unable to get ahold of anyone, for a hotel that isn't even a nice f****** hotel this is ridiculous, f*** this place man

I've stayed at motels my friends said. It'll be fine they said. WRONG. It wasn't fine. I get it, it's a motel, but if you're going to let be a dump then post real photos of the way you keep the place. There were water stains and mold growing on the ceiling a walls of the two rooms that we reserved. 2 of us checked in waited about 30 minutes for our friends to get there. One room smelled moldy so we moved to the next. Our friends got there, changed clothes then we headed out to our dinner reservations before our concert. While changing my friends checked their beds and discovered the dirty and likely unchanged sheets. On our way out I stopped at the front office, told the manager we were leaving for dinner and a concert and that the sheets in Rm 217 were dirty. I asked him to please change the sheets while we were gone till probably 11 pm - 12 am. When we got back and started unpacking and getting ready to shower and unwind to go to bed we finally took a really good look at things. The bathroom area and the bathrooms of bottom Rm 216 and 217 were actually gross. Not livable gross but I need to get out of here gross. There were water stains and mold on both the ceiling and the walls. There was blistered paint and sagging wall paper. There was even crusty p*** left on the inside of the toilet bowl in Rm 216. We decided to leave. Went downstairs, rang the manager and told him there was no way we were staying. I recounted all the disgusting features of his motel to him. His response to me was, why didn't you mention this early when you checked in. I told him because all we really did when we got his was change and leave, we didn't look around except to check the sheets. His next response was, well it's so noticeable, it's been like that for a long time. WHAT?! That's your response? I've written Choice Hotels, the parent company to Econo Lodge. Their only response an email offering me a free one night stay in another Econo Lodge. Un acceptable. I am for sure escalating this to another level. Reporting to the Health Department.
