I bought a car 4 months ago, and I was told they would mail me the tags for the license plate. The paper they taped to the window was only good for 3 months "until I received the tags". Which did not happen. I've called and left multiple voicemail, and haven't gotten a response in over 2 months. I've been pulled over and was told my paper in the windshield has expired. Thank God the cop was understanding when I stated I've been trying to get ahold of them and live 2.5 hours away for the car sales.I also had brake lights out that I didn't realize till I was already home, and by law they have to replace those for "safety purposes" before leaving the lot which they said they were working when I originally checked. Very unprofessional, and they should at least answer or return a phone call.

Purchased a vehicle in Oct 2022. Paid documentation fees for license and registration. Have not received license plates or registration after more than 60 days. Additionally, they will charge a customer for an anti-theft device. They say the device must be activated by some type of application “link”. They have stated on numerous occasions that the link would be provided to us however, we have not been provided with anything to activate the device. This appears to be a breach of contract and possibly fraud. We may have to bring a lawsuit against them if we wind up registering the vehicle ourselves. Better to avoid this business.

I purchased a Cadillac SRX from this dealership and within 24 hours, I had a major transmission leak, i had to return the vehicle three times for the problem to be resolved. I have had the vehicle for two months and have yet to receive my license plates, I have been asking about them and they keep giving me the runaround so I finally contacted the dmv myself to get some information about the registration and I was informed that the dealership hasn’t even submitted the paperwork to transfer the title to my name, this has been going on for two months. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership nor will I refer anyone to purchase a car from them.

Terrible company they lie on paper work and about cars, just to get your down payment, I was sold a lemon car, I only had my car for a year and a half now it needs a new engine, even Kia corporate said they sent recall letters to them and this was way before I purchased the car! I’m definitely contacting a lawyer.

They list a vehicle at a certain price. For example $12,450 then they add some theft device that is $1995 that you can't opt out of. So i drive 2.5 hrs to go to this location. The cost of the vehicle would have been over 16k or the door. They didn't tell us this on the phone. They are shady people. The prices aren't listed on the vehicles when your looking in the lot either. Such a bad experience.

I bought a car that I was told had low miles, no accident or anything major wrong with it but not even 30 days later the transmission went out. I've been with out my car for 2 weeks now. I have not been given any apologies nor anything has been done to rectify the situation. Please don't waste your money and time listening to the lies.

Bought a car here from Mark it broke down i had it towed to their mechanic in riverside it's been almost 2 months mark doesn't answer my phone calls no more this place sells no good cars if anyone can refer a good lawyer please lmk i put $3,000 down and they just ripped me off no good business

Horrible service all around!!! Waited over 15-minutes for a representative to come out. Moreover, it occurred to me that maybe no one was in the office, although the sign said OPEN. No one was in the office, as the one person was gone to pick up his daughter. Once he arrived, he said gave me the price of the current Prius on the lot, which the price on CarGurus says $12,200, yet his price said verbally was $13,900. This is misappropriation of service, false advertising, and I waited over 30 minutes for him to arrive from his personal errand.

Thieving bastards, my wife took my son to buy a car and like everyone else they added an anti theft that we didn't want and tried to upcharge by $2k over the listed price. I have to agree with just about everyone that has commented on this place. I hope the Covid runs their scamming asses right out of town, unscrupulous all the way.
