This vet is always full for a reason. Great, dedicated service and best prices in the area. Any negatives like limited parking are completely overshadowed by the positives. This place deserves respect. ?

Customer service is awful. I tried getting ahold of the office for a recheck appointment for my puppy I got from the pound that was sick. We were told to call back about getting our puppy fixed... the phone has been busy. I finally got threw and then was left on hold for almost 30 minutes and then hung up on. When I tried calling back it was busy again. So frustrated.

Tried calling multiple times, whoever is answering phones there needs some serious retraining. I was hung up on once, then when they did answer she quickly said something and i had to listen to a 5 minute conversation with her and a customer. Then after that I could hear her and another co worker discussing files. I think she had no idea I was still in the line. So unprofessional and sloppy.

Please stay away from this place. Ever since I took my dog here, my dog has not been the same. I came here and heard the cries of other dogs. It was heart breaking. May be it was just my experience.

My girl had a huge cyst on her belly. I took her in as a new patient because Dr. Sig in Loma Linda was closed. I love this vetinarian and staff! He was thorough and nice and explained everything pertaining to Remove her cyst. Thank you Dr. Rex. Not only are you closer to me than Dr. Sig, you are my new Vetinarian. Great prices as well.

Dr Rex has been taking care of these fur babies for at least 15 years. I've also had a few cats that were under Dr Rex's care. He has always been kind and very caring. I trust him. It always was a comfortable atmosphere in his office. Will continue to use his services in the future for as long as possible.

I JUST BROUGHT MY VERY SICK CAT “COWBOY” TO DR REX, AND I CANT SAY ENOUGH WONDERFUL THINGS ABOUT HIM AND HIS ENTIRE STAFF! ????❤️??❤️????HE BROUGHT MY COWBOY BACK TO PERFECT HEALTH AND IT DIDNT COST ME MY HOUSE!ITS SO NICE TO FIND A VET THAT KNOWS WHAT HES DOING AND WONT OVER CHARGE AN ARM AND LEG JUST SO YOU CAN ENJOY YOUR BELOVED ANIMALS FOREVER ❤️??⬛??

It's been two years since my dog, Sally had her knee surgery on her back leg. It took a long rehab (6months) to get her to go from a tripod to finally using all 4s again. She runs around like there was never any issue. Thanks Dr. Gregory!
