Prices are outrageous I had my vehicle picked up by a tow truck after a crazy estimate along with no actual date the parts coud be there. and the gentleman outside directing the driver to my vehicle stated "that truck is a pice of junk" Don think he new I was on the other line (phone) was quoted 25k to replace a duramax lly in a 2004 chevy..

Took my 2008 F350 here for an engine code, I knew the fix was possibly going to be very expensive. I had a great experience from the first time I called to make an appointment to when I stopped by, the ladies up front and the owner were great! Very good communication and we did a less invasive, more affordable fix which was just a PCM update . I know this was only a possible fix which we would not know until it was done but it FIXED it! I couldn't be happier, they test drove it more than just down the street and went a few cities down. When I picked up my truck the owner came out and seems to be involved with every repair as far as knowing what's going on, we spoke for a minute and was very pleased! I drove it over 100 miles the following day everything is great. I think I found my new shop. They don't just go for the most expensive fix or turn you away like another shop did just because of the year of my engine.

Had an issue with brakes and seals on a Diesel motorhome. Darrin and his techs worked hard diagnosing the problem and were able to resolve the problem and completed the repairs. Their shop is extremely clean. Their techs are experienced and qualified to handle any automotive/truck/diesel problems. Office staff and owners are very professional and will make your experience well worth your time.

What do I look for in a master mechanic?1. Honesty:Making honest adjustments to our invoice. If they find a less costly ( but still quality) way of fixing your vehicle.They just don't keep the saving for themselves. They pass it on to their customers. Trust me not everyone does that.2. Knowledge:They are fully knowledgeable on the job they perform and they keep you in the loop on options.3. Trust:When I pick my vehicle up it's been tested and proven to perform as expected. Also keeping my vehicle clean and undamaged while at their facility.4. Partnership:Knowing and understanding down time is money. Getting my vehicle fixed and back on the road. Instead of just replacing a part they assume is the issue, they take the time to see if it is repairable. Which saves money and time. Waiting on parts can take days or weeks and some of these parts places will mark your parts up 400%+... I think they get a"RUSH" out of the mark ups.‐---------------------------Direct meets all our marks.For us it's a good piece of mind and a great shop.Staff is friendly and very understanding. They keep you well informed on the progress of your repair.Give them a shot, You won't be disappointed.JF

Your customer service is great very friendly office ladies. And your mechanics did a very good inspection on my truck and fix the problems that I had. The only thing I was not too happy about was the process takes a little too long from setting up an appointment. Ordering the parts took a while. From the day they did the analysis inspection to the day the truck got fixed. But I guess it's not really there for your fault it's ordering parts everything is short but overall you guys did a great job and your staff and mechanics are great I appreciate all your hard work I will be taking my truck again for more service
