Nurse Robbyn in the maternity hospital was very rude ... Since family members came to visit before work, the patient requested cleaning at a later time, but Robbyn refused to let them because it was the end of her shift. The family members had to leave without having to see the baby.

Hello, it's We the People, hi all I am thankful for your stern nurses, i felt comfortable. Security was a little 50/50, . Front desk well it's a front desk. I loved the cross with the lighting. I also loved the store fronts across the street. The bus stop was peaceful at night. Thank you for the memory. It wasn't to bad of a visit during the day. I lost my green sweater shortly afterwards. But all together a 3 star experience.

If you’re looking for a labor and delivery, look no more (this is your hospital). All I can say is that this hospital is the best, so caring and such a good atmosphere. I recently had my baby and I want to thank all the nurses from Labor and delivery (ANNE, RACHEL, LISA AND LORENA). Special thanks to Anne, she is amazing she was there since the start of my induction she advocated for me when needed and was there for all of us to assure that everything was going well (she even visited me and the Mommy and Baby department making sure we were good). Also Lisa and Lorena both created such a positive birth experience for me, such sweet ladies! From the very bottom of my heart thank you, thank you, THANK YOUU for all that you ALL did!!

I feel sorry for the doctors and nurses that have such a horrible case manager that doesn't care for the patients but her money. My wife has been in the hospital for almost a week and the case manager wants her discharged without the medical equipment we need for her cpap and the boot that she needs for her fractured ankle. This place needs a better case manager than the one that they have now

A very insensitive nurse. My son's Gf was there today for monitoring her pregnancy.Upon being discharged the nurse was explaining fetal movement count and says " Dont think my baby is fine , because its doesn't and the worse part of my job is delivering dead babies"Why would someone say that to a pregnant woman and create unnecessary anxiety , and worry when all she could have said is keep an eye on the movement . I hope someone at the hospital reads this review and looks into what is being said to patients.

First time there for Outpatient surgery. I am amazed at the nursing staff and how comfortable they made me both before (Logan was his name)and after. The team in the OR and in recovery -- seriously the best! Thank you for making this experience a good one!

This place it’s sucks, I think people post good reviews because someone from administration pay for it or maybe some close friends do favor postings and manipulate information.Today it was in this place and although “Doctor Nurses and guards etc they was laughing on my face when it was having problems to breath or swallow, yes supposed nurse said me that is a mental situation, this place must be demolished with all employees human wast inside, Administrative personnel in institutions just committed fraudulent activity they charged a bunch of money for services that nobody received

The emergency room here is the absolute worst I have ever seen! For starters my father was discharged on the 13 of January about 4:30 after waiting for about one hour and a half for medication that was supposed to be delivered from the pharmacy across the street. That’s at the hospital. We get home and his nose starts bleeding without stopping. I take him in to the ER and the only reason I took him here is because they just discharged him after having 3 stents in his heart. I figured they would have all his information so it would make it easier to find out what was going on. After bleeding for two hours they place a clamp on his nose and make us wait. When called in to one of the cubicles and waiting for the doctor my father gets up to use the restroom. While I’m waiting I can hear the nurse speaking to a man in the cubicle about what is wrong with him. Then the doctor finally comes out while my dad is in the restroom and just peeking in the cubicle says “ Oh! Something is missing “ I’m guessing speaking about my father. Then proceeds to the next cubicle where I herd him go in and ask the nurse who had been translating for the patient, what’s going on? The nurse starts to tell him about the patient and doctor responds “ I’m not here to solve all his problems! I was I was in shock ! Then after that another nurse comes in and basically kicks us out of waiting for them to come back in saying we can wait in the waiting room. I let him know that is rude thee way they speak to people. Him saying that it’s an emergency room and they are busy. I know about emergency rooms!! I’ve raised three kids and now take care of my father that has cancer and now 5 stents in his heart. I told him that that doesn’t give them a right to be rude or inhuman to people. I asked to be checked!

Worst hospital! My father had a stroke Dec. 31,2022 we went to check in on him he was on a respirator. THEY pulled the plug without my mother (his wife) or mine or brother and sisters CONSENT!! They would not tell us whose decision it was but it was OURS NO ONE ELSE. They took forever with Just his death certificate bc they did Not know the time of death. We had a funeral for him till Jan 27,2023 bc they didnt have the death certificate ready and my Father was Blue bc they had to keep him in a freezer for so long. Then they didnt let us cremate him till February because they still have not finished their side of the paperwork. This Hospital had No right to take away a Husband, Father, brother son. He was somebody with brain activity and they took that right for us to choose what to do next. I hope no one ever experiences this pain. Update, the hospital responds back on how to make it right ! My father is dead without going through the right channels, you didnt have his time of death, you delayed funeral and cremation process. You cant undue this.

The doctors and nurses in the hospital place you in the best care possible. ESPECIALLY JUSTINE.Justine is an AMAZING nurse who goes out of her way to make her patients feel comfortable. She is incredibly sweet, humble, kind and so down to earth! Totally restored my faith in nurses and I would love to have her again if I'm ever back. Consider yourself incredibly taken care of if you happen to meet her. She's THE ABSOLUTE BEST!
