EXTREMELY disappointed and embarrassed at the way store security and customer service representatives treated my friend the other day. I've personally never experienced discrimination but I know it's alive and rampant at DD's Discount on Highland/Del Rosa Aves in Berdu. Despite having hundreds of dollars on him to make his purchase and despite the fact that profiling, racially or otherwise, is illegal he was told he couldn't make his purchase and that he had to leave the store. He never made any attempts to steal, conceal, tag switch, or anything that would warrant the humiliating treatment he received in front of other customers. DD's needs to have formal training for their anti theft department because they have not clue what they are doing. I will never spend another cent here!

My 3 year old had to pee and they were so rude about it the worker said they were closed but she's so small if it was for me that's fine i can hold it but she's a baby and they closed the restrooms and said they had no one to open them but there were plenty of workers and supposedly the security or the person just standing around at the front could not open it but she just kept lying which was super rude said that they were allowed to go to the back and leave their post to open it however they were all walking around which made NO SENSE in addition she told me "you can take her to Jack in the box they'll have a restroom you can use" and rolled her eyes super rude ! She then states that they started closing it when the dressing room person leaves yet ANOTHER LIE ! They don't even have dressing rooms anymore they're at the front ! The manager on duty ERIKA was even ruder and rolled her eyes and said no exceptions this is super inconvenient they will not be taking my $ anymore !
