Reading the reviews, I was really worried going into my stay here. Every rideshare driver also expressed concern when they dropped my friend and I off. However, the room itself was quite nice and clean. Docking a star as the bathroom light constantly flickered. There are definitely homeless individuals in the area but I didn’t see any in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Check in was very efficient, albeit interesting given the cordoned off lobby. Very convenient for NOS events and although it is in a sketchy area, not terrible if you’re with a group. Just use ride share to get to and from the hotel, lock your doors and windows and you are good!

Shady neighborhood. Lobby closed had to use a ticket window and stand in the cold. Lobby was lovely just not used. No breakfast. Normally a given at days inn.Room was clean. Microwave and fridge. No coffee anywhere on property. Wooden furniture very beaten. White paint and moldings in need of paint. Faucet calked to counter. No plug for tub. Bottom sheet only went halfway to bottom. Exorbitant pricing. I wS stranded due to broken car. Survived! Lots of eating places around. Just as basic as possible.

The place said breakfast included and I got there and they had a sign that said we don’t serve breakfast. Then we got sent to the far back where all the dealers and homeless people camping out in there cars are at which I dont mind but then we got Sara in the other room getting pumped out talking about “we can do it any way baby” and then upstairs we got a whole as zoo at 3am. And the room was dirty with the night stand had cigarettes burns the restroom had tirmite damage and it was just painted over.Biggest downfall was the no breakfast. This place is just a bummer. Hated it. Horrible in every way except for one thing. Believe It or not but the other guests were the only part of our one night stay that was tolerable. The location is bad my Uber driver not only would not get out of the car he didn't want me to get out. The staff are horrifically rude and incompetent. The room had new furnishings simply placed on top of the old. The room smelled like weed from moment one and never went away. The lock barely worked on our door from the police having kicked it in so many times. Absolutely the worst.

Rooms: Rooms were dirty roaches and just beat down.Safety: Wow, had a whole bunch of people walking around smoking pot, selling drugs and just making a bunch of ruckusFood & drinks: Only good thing about this place for food and drinks is that they have a tom's burgers right in front so For a quick bite, that's where you wanna go.

This is a ghetto motel with roaches and dirty rooms. Very dangerous neighborhood and smells so gross and dirty. There is a sign posted on the office window that says As Is rooms no refunds. Once I got to my room I realized I wasted my money on a dirty roach infested dump.I don't recommend going there.Rooms: The rooms are so worn out, broken doors , holes in the walls and smelly towels. Roaches were running around the room, up and down the walls and on the table.Safety: This motel is a dangerous, undesirable location. Alot of homeless and criminals wandering around

Great front office customer service, and the rooms were clean. The bathroom toilet was even labeled sanitized.Food & drinks: The rooms are equipped with a microwave and a small refrigerator, but no coffee maker. But no problem. We brought creamer & coffee. We did a little improvising. poked a hole in the top & bottom pods & brewed it just like tea. There is nothing to do it but do it.
