My husband got us matching rings for our 25year wedding anniversary. It’s kinda sad that they let him resize my ring from the start a 250$ charge without him really knowing my size as he was trying to surprise me.He now has to pay another 95$ to resize and he also put an inscription and now has to pay for this as well. I feel horrible that he has to pay all that extra money but obviously I can’t do anything about it just advice the future people to not size anything especially if you are trying to surprise your partner until he/she receives gift then do the resize and inscription to avoid all these extra added charges that could of been very well prevented. Anyhow my ring is cute and I’m thankful for my husband for the nice gesture.

Don't get a credit card. Lady told me i could make whatever payments on my 0% interest credit card. All lies. Check what you sign and make sure you read everything! Mary is a liar and dont fall for her trying to help you.

Ordered a ring and they got it done in less than a week. When I asked to resize it, taking more than 6 weeks to get it back. Still waiting and Christmas is coming. Find a local jeweler if you want a custom ring. Typical manufacturer, makes it's product but doesn't stand behind it.

If I could give 0 stars or even negative stars I would, this place is judgmental and I have never felt so out of place especially when I am a customer. I opened my account in OC and was in the area and just wanted to see if they had different pieces here than the other locations. From the moment I stepped in they just ignored me and when they did help they were rude and disrespectful. From the manager to the male associate , Greg, they just made me feel out of place when I actually have a synchrony account but I will never come back to this location and wouldn't recommend anyone coming in. All I wanted was a gift for my man, but I guess I have to try other jewelry stores. Really hope no one falls for these peoples scam.

What amazing customer service! I was helping my future brother in law find the perfect ring for my sister. Greg was amazing and so personable and really listened to what we were looking for.Sonia was also so amazing and made it such a wonderful experience for us. It is very unfortunate I have made multiple purchases from this location, in which I have always advised I did not want insurance on my purchases. This last purchase I decided to actually look at my statement to see I've been being billed insurance this whole time. So I just wanted to make others aware of this as I heard someone complaining about it which is why I looked. This will most definitely be my last purchase from Daniel's jewelry.

My husband and I took our babygirl to get her ears pierced for the very first time. Victor helped us so much. He was quick and answered every question we had. He also made us very comfortable by talking us through every step. Thank you for the amazing customer service.

I've had an account for over 12 years. They do have good deals and they will explain the jewelry to you if you ask. You also need to know jewelry so you can comprehend what you're buying , instead of assuming. I'm giving 3 starts because I bought a ring about 5 years ago, when I went in to get it sized they tried to charge me about $60. I've never had to pay for my resizing since I've spent so much money here and so has my husband. Since our original sales guy left , these people just try to charge for everything and forget about customer satisfaction to loyal customers.
