The ibuprofen is locked up, you push a button to get someone to open the box Five minutes later someone comes up and says they can't open it because the key is broken. I asked if maybe a manager could but they said no. Maybe don't lock it up if you can't retrieve it? Put it behind the counter? Regardless they didn't need my money. $15 for ibuprofen is ridiculous anyway. Just posting so nobody else wastes their time.

5ive 5tars for CVS Baseline/Medical Center Dr. San Bdno!I have to thank the team at this location, which is one of my local go-to quick-stop stores. Consistently, they greet me in a friendly way when I enter the store and reach out to help me if I need it. The store is orderly and stocks what I need--usually nutritional supplements. I highly recommend this location to everyone. Thank you, CVS team for delivering what this community needs. You're still here serving, even throughout the most difficult pandemic period we had. Please know you're appreciated!

Usually I do not have a issue at this location, except today there was a customer that I could tell was about to cut in line. When the associate was done helping the person in line infant of me she is surprised at first but then turns to help the person who cut instead of saying there is a line.

Horrible customer service, terrible place to work. Treated unfairly, looked down upon. Marie the store manager so unprofessional. Dirty store, they do not abide by labor laws or alcohol purchases! There isles are all screwed up nothing I the correct places. Items stay unordered I'm need of new management.

There pharmacy is so not helpful ?they refused to confirm my insurance had to get my medicine since monday and all they needed to do is reach out to my insurance company to confirm my insurance coverage and they refused!!! Thank for your so not helpfulness
