Went in for an oil change (4hr wait) Truck was done for 40 minutes setting before the man even started to work on the receipt. It was a large AfricanAmerican Employee. When it was done he called my name I got up. Then he slid the receipt to the women at the counter to charge me when it was done, I said no I want to see it. He said why. I said so I can see what you’re charging me for, as I questioned him he pushed the paper over again to the women. I pulled it infront of me I went back and forth asking him questions he seemed mad, didn’t say anything to me. I paid to get out of there. Next morning there is an oil leak. 2021 truck shouldn’t have problems like this especially when I took it in with no signs of any issue at all. Now I’m told the tech said there was a problem and I was supposed to be informed by this man. Now I’m told not to drive it. Wait over the weekend to get it towed in so they can see what’s wrong. This picture is of the truck setting for less than 5 minutes before moving it.

Garbage if I could leave zero stars I would. Everyone here sucks. Don't waste your time with these creatures. Go to a better dealership.

The sales manager Luis R. Is great straight up he tells you how it is no lies. And he really tries to help you to get the vehicle. And the salesmen Albert R. also no pressure and very knowledgeable in the Chevy product. Diamond Chevy San Bernardino did a great job. A satisfied customer thank you. One last thing Finance was great no pressure fast and very knowledgeable.

Do not recommend ANY SERVICE from here. Large African American man that wears that hat thing by far the worst experience. All I needed was an oil change for my 2021 Chevrolet truck now it's leaking oil. 4 hour + wait time. Service employee who is rude ignores you (truck was done setting in the front for 40 minutes. Was told to "just hold on hun" by a women in the office) and the man refuses to let you see the receipt, just wants you to pay. Called about the leak and was told I was supposed to be informed there were some problems. I knew nothing of and had no signs of any problems at all when I took it in.

Freddy in the finance and insurance was just a great experience. I've been in the car business and I know all of the potential shenanigans that can go on during a sale, but Freddy stood out as one of the most professional and honest people I've dealt with in the last 40 years. I can't say enough about what a great experience it was and how knowledgeable and how he made me feel like he was on my team. Thanks again Freddy, I will tell all of my friends to shop at diamond and make sure that you are their F&l guy!

Their service is slow, for one thing. For another, they coddle employees with problems who act unprofessional. I had a van whose ignition key stuck and I couldn't get it to unlock, and their technician refused to service it just because. They tend to recommend the most expensive services possible and keep it on the lot an unconscionable amount of time to inflate labor costs. AAA does not recommend their service department and State Farm won't recommend them either, probably other insurance companies as well.

As I walked in I was immediately greeted by a friendly sales person. I was shown the car of my choice and I was very impressed with the technology the car had. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable about the car and could easily answer all my questions. They have a location where you can test the car away from traffic which is nice. Although I didn't end up making a purchase for reasons beyond their controll I still recommend this dealership because of good customer service. 5 stars.

The service writer was very helpful and expedited my work order. I waited less than he projected. I have brought in my Bolt on several occasions and have never been disappointed. I also had an opportunity to speak with the service technician who was very helpful in addressing my questions.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I’ve never felt more suspect about a dealership than this on. First off, this dealer is in a rough part of town so it may be hard to come by unless you actually look up the dealer. Had a great chat with the one of the sales lady in charge of the online leads, she was wonderful, and very patient. It was her “sales manager” who was difficult to work with, I didn’t catch his name since he only popped into the office twice only to state that they couldn’t honor the price advertised online and that he “ can’t remove dealer add ons “ since they are already tacked on the vehicle. Good old bait & switch tactic, I found a good price for the car I wanted through true car buying services, had the page print out with the stock number & price. They wouldn’t honor that price as the sales manager said “ he would lose money “ on that deal and wanted to add almost $10,000 in unnecessary add ons Like R.E.D brake light on the car ? (What a joke) . We never even got to the financing numbers but it didn’t matter since I was already pre approved I didn’t mention that to them since they were too money hungry. Don’t waste your time at this dealer unless you want to pay $15K or $20K over MSRP.

I think what makes the experience excellent is the salesman. Joseph was beyond outstanding! Not only did he make me feel more than just a customer, but he made me feel like a family member. More specifically, like I was his nephew. He did an excellent job in finding me a deal to get rid of the a vehicle I did not want and into something that would benefit me for work. If in the future I decide to upgrade from a gas saver to a more sporty vehicle, I will definitely reach out to Uncle Joseph for his help in a newer purchase. THANK YOU UNCLE JOSEPH!

We took our Chevy Malibu in for the idle stop wasn't working and the car was running ruff. You had if for a couple of days. When we got it back you told us that is was running fine and that the idle stop worked every time. Since then the idle stop is still not working and the car still runs ruff. I paid a lot of money to get this fixed and it still isn't fixed. I'm not a happy customer!

Stop! Don't waste your time to shop here.They lure you in with vehicles they don't even have on their lots and then try to up sell you something else, promising will match the price with other dealers and after 30 mins of driving and 3 hours of waiting for them to work on their numbers, they can't even drop a penny on their sticker price!! Why bother!

Albert has been one of the most knowledgeable and transparent salesmen I’ve met. Always putting the customer’s wants and needs first. Carried himself with a degree of professionalism, which is unmatched. I would highly recommend Albert not only to my friends but my family as well. Also very well versed in Spanish, which is great!
