I found out that Diamond Chevrolet uses "bait 'n' switch" as their business model the hard way.
I was interested in their Equinox EV lease deal $149/mo + $2,999 down for current Bolt owners. I drove 77 miles in my 2018 Bolt Premier (68k miles, excellent mechanical, decent cosmetic) after talking to them for 10 days about the $149 deal and being told “yeah, we’ll definitely buy that car,” “you could probably get over what you want for it,” and “our used stock is low.” I owe $11,600ish on it and that’s what KBB value is, so I figured this would be a done deal (or not hard to figure out).
When I got there, there were no models with the options I wanted (I had spoken to two sales reps that never indicated this would be the case). I should have taken that as a sign...it turns out they wanted to give me $7,400 for it ($8,000 with pushing) and boost the monthly payment to $588. After thinking about it, I’m not sure how it’s mathematically possible that being off on the trade in by $3,600 would drive the monthly payment up >$400. In no way did I think this was going to be the case; I was upfront with everything about my car in our conversations. I thought they would have been eager to make a deal, considering I followed their site for >22 days, and none of the 15 Equinox EVs on their lot sold.
Definitely soured on this dealership and Chevy in general after this.

Since my arrival, Sean and his team were very helpful and knew what I was looking for. They are very professional and knowledgeable about what the dealer had in-stock. I felt very welcome since my arrival. They went above and beyond to meet my needs. I left home happy and with a nice 2024 Colorado. The salesman, Christian, who helped us once we stepped out of our car provided top tier customer service. We did not waste hours, it was pretty fast, Christian was knowledgeable and knew his stuff about the cars we looked at and test drove. He was personable during our application. Then when Duke with financing took over, it was a breeze, it was quick, it was fun chatting with Duke. Duke was thorough with all the finance paperwork. We went in on a weekend, Duke was able to call us back in Monday because he found me a better rate. It all happened so fast, and we walked out of there BEYOND satisfied. Got a brand new car with only 40 miles on it. I recommend them 15/10. I will tell everyone I know to go there.

I bought a 18 canyon 2 years ago, a year later, i took it in for transmission problems, and they sold me a $500 dollar's battery they said that the was the issue, just to weeks ago I took it back for transmission issue again, and they said it was the transmission, but It was out of warranty and I had to pay $5000 dollar's out of pocket, and to top it off they gave me back my truck all dirty it look like they put all the parts from the truck in the back seat,and fingerprints full of grease all over.v ery bad customer service and and service over all.

Everytime I have a problem with my Traverse Nathan in the service department
gives excellent customer service and he makes sure all repairs are done to my
satisfaction! He is very knowledgeable and a great service employee!!

Both Times I came here I left with a new problem. I went to get my oil changed and all my tires sensors went out. Yesterday I went to get my car checked for electrical problems and they said I needed a new battery and everything else was working perfectly. After I agreed to the batter install they called and said my AC compressor doesn’t working even though they had just checked everything and it was fine. One of the people in service named David laughed when he was telling me how much it would be to fix it which I didn’t find funny. I tried to call and speak to a manager but was ignored and never spoken to.

The service center did a wonderful job resolving my EV mobile charger issue. The technician, Sereno, quickly and efficiently tested the dual-level charger to verify my concerns. They placed a part order and I was on my way home within 30 minutes.
Overall, I appreciated the resolution that Victorville Chevrolet could not figure out in 6 days.

I just bought a 2024 chevy trex RS on 6-28-2024..I love love this car!!! Everyone there was so nice to myself and my son..My sales man was names Timothy he was an amazing man and explained allot of things to me..and patient with me...please ask for Timothy for your next car needs!!!
