I've been coming here for about 10 years the last two times. It's been so annoying because the workers don't know how to treat my roses. They throw them in my cart like they're not worth anything. Last time I came the girl was squishing my roses so I walked behind her and grabbed my roses and she said excuse me. You can't come back here and I said you're squishing my roses. If she said no, I'm not. I grabbed my roses and proceeded to pay today July 11th 2024. I was paying for my stuff and the girl just put my roses on top of everything which my roses were being bented. I proceeded to pay and told my son to grab my roses. The girl said excuse me honey. You're not allowed to be out here which meant behind her and she grabs the flowers for my son's hand and takes them away so I pull my car as I'm pulling my car. She gets in the way and I hit her shoulder or her elbow and she says excuse me and I say well you should have let my son grab my roses and I walked away while she's over there being a chismosa she should have been doing her work.. The guy in front of me was done paying and he was still loading his car because she was busy talking and then I was done paying and she was still busy talking so maybe she should pay attention

One observation is that the earlier you go, you can shop at your leisure, because then there is not even anywhere to park, which is a case when there are a lot of people.

If you are looking to get your tires changed here, you’re better off spending the time to go to school to learn how to be an automobile tech so you can change your own tires. It would go quicker. They are the slowest tire store I have ever experienced. Utter disbelief on how it takes someone 3 hours to change 1 tire.

We always have a good experience at Costco San Bernardino, but not so much today in the food court area, the tables were dirty and there was a puddle of water on the floor in front of the soda dispensing machine creating a potential slip and fall hazard for all customers.
My suggestion is to assign a person to clean the tables like they used to during COVID before someone gets sick from other potential diseases on the dirty tables.
To checked the soda dispensing machine more often and floors more often. Thanks Costco San Bernardino.

What's not to love about Costco?! Their parking lot is notoriously busy, but the people who shop there are usually pretty cool. We go once a month to this location on Hospitality Lane. Cool place.
