Don’t buy your tires from here go to Goodyear or PepBoys instead.. Bought tires online and made appointment. My card was charged twice. I have the bank statements and screenshots. I received an email that my tires had arrived at Costco. So I made an appointment to have them installed a few days later. I showed up, no appointment under my name. Even though I received an email that morning reminding me about my appointment. Then they tell me I ordered the wrong tires. One excuse after another. I asked for my money back and will be canceling my membership .

Pointless appointment system. Understaffed.. go elsewhere!
Arrived on time for a set of new tires. Takes 15 min to check in. Nearly 3 hours later (it’s now 6pm), the car doesn’t have tires on. They didn’t touch the car till over an hour after check-in. Will my son make it to bed on time today??

Workmanship is generally quite good but I just waited 3.5 hours to have one tire mounted and installed. The worst customer service at the counter I have ever seen.

I just want to say that I do not agree that they charge for the same battery that they had already charged me the day before I buy it, just because I got confused about the battery number, supposedly the system does not know and that is why every time I exchange batteries the system charges $15 dollars no matter how many times you get the number wrong and without having used the battery.

I had the misfortune of getting a flat tire near the end of the weekday. I called in and Jacob got me set up to be seen the same day to see if they could salvage it. After informing me there was nothing they could do to salvage he got together with the supervisor to help me get a tire ordered as quickly as possible.
Three days later Jacob helped me get the tire squared away on my vehicle by double checking the orders for the day to find my tire had arrived, but wasn't yet itemized in the system. I came by on short notice for the placement and all the staff at the tire center today were incredibly kind and accommodating - the whole process took less than an hour on short notice.
My overall experience was nothing short of stellar. I was in a tough spot and feeling low, but these guys really came through when I needed it. I do a lot of driving and when they heard my plight they got right to work.
Amazing job, great service, good people.

Very easy process. I bought tires online and scheduled my appointment online. Check in for my car was easy and everything was done within one hour without complication. Make sure to buy your tires when there is a deal/discount and register your tires for their warranty after that visit online (instructions provided after your appointment).

Had been a customer since they were in Rialto as PRICE CLUB. There are more important things than prices as Americans are going to find out the hard way. Demographics is destiny.Adjacent Loma Linda Seventh-day Adventist Church mecca is "tithe" farming assisting, encouraging immigration legal and illegal for 10% of their income under threat of incineration on judgment day: adventmessenger.org/how-…That's the Adventist Health System and Church's "non-profit" marketing program. And that means tolerating if not promoting all things diverse as normal, good business, literally an invasion. What such marketing and economic warfare financed with what we built not being secured by government-extorted taxes is responsible for much that is wrong with San Bernardino and the San Bernardino COSTCO. Another Costco is in the planning stage in Highland and it will be a mess from its inception, between this San Bernardino/Loma Linda location, Indian Gaming, mentally ill and criminals nearby making it dangerous after dark for employees dealing with aggressive shoplifters at LOWES particularly at closing time, and having exceeded the region's cultural carrying capacity: garretthardinsociety.org…I'm close to canceling our Costco membership entirely and I cut-up my CITI BANK card there tonight due to employees variously not having the authority or inclination to try to help solve simple problems. Several employees have shared that too many demands, encounters, and diverse insensitivity from cultures more accustomed to living cheek-to-jowell and management not taking that into account has changed everyone's experience there. I may give the place one more try but tonight I'm doubting it. California and particularly low-rent San Bernardino County as dumping ground for people from places where increasingly bad air, dumping & litter, and senseless aggression and violence is even worse than here is affecting those who lived and worked here for a lifetime. Driving home as the sun was setting a couple of hours ago, lit-up an unimaginable even a year ago bloom of the new invasive State wildflower-- the WalMart bag. Dawn Rowe, keep up pushing for more REALTY development: tax farming can't keep up with the problems more people-- particularly third-world people create. You're already seeing it in price and quality-of-life inflation. But, wait, Jesus is coming soon, so you'd better ignore the above and invest in fire insurance instead.
