I really love the store but to be discriminated against at the cash register is unacceptable . An older white gentlemen with glasses , balding slightly was giving my girlfriend a very hard time about her hair being shorter in her identification picture. To top it off, we almost spent 200$ at this establishment , so even more ridiculous . Two females being harassed by an older employee in front of everyone. Come on Costco, you have to do better then that

Needed to stop at Costco or Sam's for a few things en route back home from a quick weekend trip to PS. The closest ones were in the opposite direction in Palm Desert therefore decided to stop at this location which is conveniently located right off the I-10.I was hoping it would not be packed during a weekday but then again it was a holiday (MLK). Was able to get in and out fairly quickly being it was so crowded! Employees were very efficient and friendly as well. Parking was a nightmare though!

Customer service at this Costco is great. Everyone is always friendly and ready to help. No matter how busy and chaotic it is.

Great customer service from Davy in tires. I didn't have an appt and they were super busy, but he was able to offer solutions to help me get back on the road. I'll be back for future tire needs. Much appreciated!

Since the old gas station was completely demolished and a new larger one was installed the traffic coming into Costco is 100% better. People need to understand there is more parking. It's where the old Staples was. A little walk but you don't have to drive around looking for a spot.

This is the worse Costco that I have ever been to. The parking situation here is always bad. The gas line blocks general access to a large area of the parking. The lines inside are always long and it is never a quick in and out. Logistically this place is so bad I would rather drive to a Costco that is further away.

Horrible wait and floor worker service was awful. I found all of my shopping list and noticed a cute squishmallow set up high in aisle 314. I asked a worker if I could have someone get it for me since it wasn't on the floor. He replied I needed to find a manager to ask someone to do it. I found a polite young woman who was a manager and she was told so many locations for the item I wanted and searching along with her it wasn't there. I heard her instruct 3 times where the item was and the instructions to retrieve it and it NEVER got done. I waited 30 minutes AFTER checkout and nobody ever took the pallet down or anything. I left sad and irritated that my kids will not be getting a present they wanted for Christmas. This is why I avoid the San Bernardino Costco. I gave 3 stars because the manager was polite but not aggressive enough for her workers. and I did get my other shopping items.

I come here every week religiously. If you've been to other Costco's this is the standard issue: high quality large sized products that are great for meal prepping or stockpiling supplies. Good one stop shop for tire changes, eye doctor, and anything else you could imagineThe only downside is that the parking lot is very full and the gas line is currently being renovated so it's (even more) chaotic until then. One trick is to enter via Tippecanoe Ave instead of Hospitality Ln if you don't need to fill up gas. Also if you come on Saturday it's a lot less busy because 7th day adventists observe the Sabbath.Food court is especially delicious here - they make the chicken bakes well. It's located outside but requires a card to buy anything. If you find this review useful, funny, or cool vote with the buttons below!

I came with my dad who needed help with payment of dessert and specialty cakes for my niece and nephews graduation. Why did the woman at the register tell me I could not pay with a card bc I didn't have a membership. My father is right next to me with his card. Instead I paid cash- which was supposed to be gifted to the graduates. That came from my wallet, just like the card did. So what's the difference? I was there with him two days ago placing the cake order and doing the same thing, and guess what... I paid with my card!! Sometimes the "rules" are complete bull. Had I not had cash I wouldn't have been able to pay for the cakes for the schools graduation. There are more important things to be strict about I swear. Hate Costco as it is and now it's more of a reason to never step foot In there again.

I have never in my life seen such a mess. I don't know what I expected while they were upgrading the gas station, however cars are in the street For 2 to 3 light cycles. It is an absolute disaster. I guess I will be going to Fontana or Sams club until this is completed. This is INSANE!!

I came here on Sunday May 29 to exchange an air fryer that was releasing a chemical odor in my kitchen and our food. I had read in a FB group that it might just be a defective product. The girl in returns told me they don't have any at the store so I'd have to go home and reorder. The only thing is I got it on sale, when it was $30 off. Purchasing again would mean I would lose out on the deal, instead of just doing an even exchange. Upon moving onto do my grocery shopping, I saw a huge supply of the same air fryer in appliances. :( SO. ANNOYED. To be clear, I'm not annoyed at her mistake. Im annoyed that instead of taking the time to look it up, she dismissed it so she could get the return done quickly and move on. Not good customer service at all.

My father in law was sold a car battery that was non-operable. Busy as he is I tried to return it for him. The manager on duty (Brandon) was being dismissive about telling me no, clearly wanting to escape the conversation asap and his body language gave off the impression that he wanted to intimidate me into just accepting the result. I called my father in law to have him and Brandon discuss the matter and while I was on the phone I also over heard him being blatantly disrespectful about a concern another employee (Dave) had, saying things such as "I don't care" and "that's not my job". At the end of the day, my father in law has to be present, but the battery will be returned. My complaint is 1.) the run around at my expense over something they are ultimately returning anyways. And 2.) the unreasonable behavior of the manager. I understand staff shortages, but I don't see how they can retain the employees they have let alone acquire new ones if this is how their managers behave.

I seriously love this Costco, employees are helpful & nice. Store is always well stocked and clean. Their gas station line is always organized & they always have carts available for shopping. I look forward to coming here twice a month!
