“Original was going to leave a lower review, but thanks to Joe from the moble installation team he made it 5 stars. Came down to get a stereo and rear view camera install. Was gifted to me by my folks, went into pick up to grab the parts need. Claimed the order was canceled since it was more than 5 days had passed. However on the receipt it said a different date to pick up, so it would have to be repurchased and a rescheduled appointment.
Thankfully Joe looked over the multiple receipts I was given and figured it out. I very much appreciate him for his efforts. Saved me as well as my parents time, money, and a large headache. If only the in-store employees and parts geeks would have caught this when I gave them the receipts.
