I just visited this bank to cash a check terrible service by a teller named Nicole. Everyone at this branch was very rude disrespectful and discriminatory. They keep you waiting forever and don't say anything. Three times I went there, there was never a manager. They said she's out seeing clients. Every day??? They like to take your deposits but when it's time to get your money out they put you thru hoops, big hoops. Closed my account.

I just visited this bank to cash a check terrible service by a teller named Akylah. She was very rude disrespectful n discriminatory. I asked her to get someone to speak to n she refused. I was treated very badly in front of other customers I was discriminated against just because I'm a " non customer " as she eloquently put it. No one should be made to feel ashamed for wanting to cash a check. Terrible service and people shame on them.

I had a terrible experience at this bank recently. They treated me like a criminal when I was simply there to cash my check. I was told repeatedly that I was "non customer " because according to them I don't bank with them. I tried to report the issue they refused to allow me to speak to someone in charge. I was made to feel very uncomfortable in front of other patrons. I over recommended this bank. Stay away they discriminate and hide behind so called fraud concerns speeches.

I rushed here after work well before closing time today, Friday to find them closed!!!! I was so angry i wasted time rushing there why would they close early!?? Ugh??

Customer service here is rude and slow. I asked to open an account to this bank to cash an escrow check. They didn't want to cash a check that is from their bank. Then they said the money's not available till the next day. I went back and they said to come back in a week. Yea this banks trash. Now I see why they ave such crappy reviews.
