I've been a Chuze member for a few years. I enjoy the variety of the machines and other amenities, the hours are reasonable, and the staff are always nice and welcoming. Their smoothies are BOMB and a nice reward.

BRANDON and the staff here are so cool!!! This is a gym where they know me by my first name! The place is very clean, machines are high quality and in good working order, everyone is friendly. Can't say enough about this location...but do ask BRANDON if he's selling tickets ;)

It sucks to give this review, I've been a member for nearly 5 years and really have loved this gym. But lately, there's a lot of room for improvements. The majority of the staff seem pretty untrained. Countless times when I go to get a smoothie there will be two or more employees helping 1 person check in or sign in for a class. Furthermore I order the same smoothie every time I come in (roughly 3-5 times a week) and about half the time it tastes awful. A handful of employees make the smoothies pretty well, but what's consistent is I see them dumping more than half the smoothie down the drain because their portions are off. I'm paying nearly $8 a smoothie, I would like to know I'm getting the protein content advertised. Lastly, the steam room has been broken for over 3 weeks?! This happens multiple times a year for weeks and weeks, and they don't keep the saunas hot at all so there isn't really a good alternative to the steam room. I hear the same excuses every time "we are waiting for a new part", "we are waiting for the vendor". I own a construction business, if a subcontractor/vendor took this long to fix or install something that was promised multiple times, I would hire someone new. Maybe Chuze should look into a different contractor to take care of their steam room issues, because breaking down 8+ times a year for weeks at a time is ridiculous.

This is my favorite location out of all the ones in the Inland Empire. Not only because of the Lift Lab, but also because the staff is friendlier than other locations. Sometimes some spots in the fitness center are warmer than others. It is typically when the fans around those locations are off.

This gym is home a Tuff Solid five out of five you want a good gym this is the best one staff is friendly and helpful locker rooms clean wish the showers had stronger water pressure but they are clean and water gets nice and hot the lift lab is amazing hands down with the price of the top membership this is the standard on my book on the top 3 list this is number one and probably gonna stay number one till the other locations get a lift lab Second place Fontana but a very close second if it it was to to have a lift lab it would be a tuff fight for first dead last and will always be last Rialto location gonna try the rest of the ones in my location so i can give a more accurate top 5

I love the cinema, zero gravity massage chairs and ability to tan. The San Bernardino location stands out in the friendliness of the staff. They are the best!

By far the best great community and staff always clean and it has so many amenities I really love this gym. I just wish they had motorcycle parking. We riders have nowhere to park ever:/and our bikes getting hit from people trying to park in spots that they think they're free plz add some

Still no update on sauna temp after manager left comment on my review here, still the coldest out dated sauna I've ever been in. Hope there is some type of change

Its was my first time today being at a gym ever.. im in a serious change in my life and Me And My Friend will be going on the weekends.. The Staff is Great here with lots of Patience..this is A great Gym to workout at .. or even just to come and relax in the Jacuzzi ..so much to do here.. Love it..
