I don't know his name but guy who works in the morning around 5:30am likes to keep the doors locked and ignore everybody! No of the other employees have done that and it sucks because I use to get my drinks and snacks for work there!

The woman working the night shift was excellent customer service and overall very polite and fast customer service, Thank you Chevron for having this woman working today.

If I could give a negative star I would ..All because of Clara at chevron on waterman and 40th.. I asked for the Air she just stared at me awkwardly.. as I walked away I said Thanks. She yelled out you can say thank you I said i did and walked out irritated with how she made me feel.. the air never came on i went back inside she said it was because i didn't say please or thank you.. I asked her for a manager number she pointed in the air and said its somewhere over there and she refused to give it.. i then proceeded to record her she tried to change her attitude but then started ranting again I asked if it was because of my race she then laughed and said she didn't know i was black when clearly I am ... I went outside put quarters in and it came on so she was definitelylying.. like come on why does she even work there i called chevron to put a case out case number 05697920 Once again her name is Clara and is extremely rude..

To the owner .... I Just picked up my daughter at a camp in Crestline for individuals with disabilities. Stopped to fill up (at a whopping $5.29/gal) and she needed to use the restroom. So I went inside with my very obviously disabled daughter and nicely asked where the restrooms were and the incredibly rude cashier (middle aged woman with mid length dark hair with small oval glassss and beedy angry eyes) snapped at us that there were no restrooms, when I know for a fact that there are because I have used them before and the structure is still there. Her sole purpose is customer service and she failed miserably. You need to fire this worthless, bitter, piece of poo because she lacks any ability to be a member of the human race much less deliver any kind of service to your paying customer. Plus, her behavior smacked of discrimination and I'm sure you don't need THAT liability. Still stunned by her behavior.
