Just left this spot because the employee on duty is more worried about his floor drying than our business ??♀️ that was the dumbest reason to keep customers out and waiting

Granted I've come to this gas station on a regular basis because it was the best prices on the way home. I believed I found a gem of a station on my route home from work. It had Competitive pricing and no fees to use your atm card. Unfortunately not all things are ideal. What I've noticed is rude employees. Today's particular incident (3/29/21) @ 7 pm really left me very upset and disrespected. The only attendant working was a rude female teenager who looked like she hated her job. After I finished filling my tank with gas I asked if she's could turn on the air pump so I could pump my deflating tire, she told me, "It takes money!" I was quite shocked with her response and so I repeated my question thinking I was mishearing things. She gave me the same response. I said no other attendant has said that to me especially after filling up with gas and wasn't that complementary after purchasing from the station? After some resistance she stated, "fine, I'll turn it on." I was very confused and upset at this point and was quite shocked that I was dealing with this kind of customer service from a station that I regular bought gas from. At this point I wanted to contact the company's Customer service department because this felt outrageous. It took the employee several minutes to finally turn the pump on but when she did, even her gesture from behind the glass window was like, "There, I turned it on," in a rude and demeaning manner. Unfortunately this one incident will guarantee I won't return to this station if they hired employees here that behave like customers are a nuisances. Please re-evaluate how this location is run.

Every night I come after work to try and put gas and they are closed supposed to be 24hrs. Ha what a joke.

they are 5 stars normally but today was the worst service yet.. Today I was there about 1:25 p.m. and I went to the soda fountain and I got squirt then went to add the coke to it and it started running water. I said excuse me to the cashier the coke is water he replied back ill change it later. 1 elderly man in there checking his own lottery ticket at the lottery self check. I stood at the fountain drink station about 12 min before the cashier looked over and said you need me to change it I replied yes took him no more then 1 min to change it and he said I couldn't go then cause I'm only one working umm the elderly man which I believe he knew him and I was only one in store one other was in and out so it wasn't busy at all..there was no hot food done at all I looked all over by the hot food heat oven for sign or something saying food isn't made on Sunday I didn't see anything stating that.. I finally got checked out at 1:47 p.m. he says would u like receipt I said yes plz he hands me receipt says have nice day I said can I get the Copenhagen I purchased and point to the register it was sitting on he hands it to me.. Yes by time I checked out I could actually say by my check out about 8 ppl had come in and out of the store but when I awaited the coke be changed as I said elderly man and me and 1 person in and out were only ones there.. there was no reason I had wait so long for something that took no time to change.. I've never had service like this and I'm a frequent customer there and I'm always polite.
