Avoid this bank in general! I think I'm going to have take this matter to court. Worse customer service, drove from San Jose California 3 weeks ago just to brin my friend that has move, for identity check that the bank required. Some rude lady told us, "there's nothing we can do since they closed the account and the remaining balance will be mail to me" Ok it's been 3 weeks waiting for my money! I went to a branch near my house to find out that there is no money on the way. Really!!!!?????

This bank is horrible. Long lines and only two tellers. No professionalism or concern for their loyal customers who allow them to hold their money.

The lack of customer service at this branch is the reason I chose to close my accounts and leave Chase Bank altogether. I had been banking with Chase since they were Washington mutual, for about 15 years! I went to this location to speak to a banker, the branch Manager assisted me with such poor customer service that I closed my account right then and there. I was sad to go but the ethics of Chase has gone downhill over the years and it was time to move on. Peace out Chase

Noon. Lunch time. Anticipated high customer volume. 13 people in line. Let's have TWO f'ing tellers open. RIDICULOUS. *But at least the teller -Karen Flores- was a friendly, bubbly wonderful person when I finally got up to the window. She effectively changed my mood because of her contagious upbeat nature. Maybe she should be the manager since whoever the manager is doesn't understand what effective customer service is.

They just do not care. Customer service at this branch is horrible. 25 minutes I sat while two employees chatted about vacations and electronics. I went to ask someone else if there was some one else to help the people waiting, and he told the two chatting employees he called the next two people. This isn't my first time experiencing poor service at this location. Sometimes their answer is I don't know you need to call customer service. Unless you only need an atm don't come here!

Very limited parking, very long lines when entering the bank 3 tellers. Very friendly and professional but if only they can increase tellers at this time.

Not My First Time Here, I Usually Come Twice A Week Because Of The Business We Have Near By, Been Coming Here For A Year Actually, Worst Chase Bank I've Ever Been To And I've Been To Many.. Ex. Victorville Location Outstanding Service, Willing To Put Customers First!!!! This Bank Is So Slow, It's Ridiculous . Have A Business Transaction Line Basically For No Reason, You Would Think They Will Get To You First Specially Being In The Business Line But No They Have You Wait, I've Been To Other Locations Where They Always Put Business Ahead And Keep The Line Going Until There Finally Done . They Have A Decent Attitude But It Still Doesn't Help . If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would.

Nice location, Reps are great. building has no central air so they got portable AC units placed about everywhere and it get really crowded in the afternoons, 2 atms outside which tend to always have a bigger line than the ones inside.

If you are a Chase (a.k.a. WAMU) customer, avoid this branch at all costs - unless you'd like not to be served...or served in a timely matter. I've gone to this bank several times and have had a decent experience two times. I have had to take care of bank matters here because I work nearby, so you would think, "hmm...nearby=convenience." Not at all. Employees here are incompetent and slow. Did I already say incompetent? One scenario: I had to cancel a money order that I didn't need after all. I just needed the funds to go back to my account. I had the pay stub. What was I told? I was told, "sorry, we can't deposit it back to your account." I said, "ok, let me speak to your manager." Their reply, "The manager's too busy. You will have to wait a while." Wow, I was on a lunch break and was told to wait a while. I thought the task would be taken care of in no time, but instead, the employees were too lazy to try to get the job done. Incredible! The same task was taken care of almost immediately at my home branch (Upland) that night. Recently, I stood in line for 20 minutes, because there were only two tellers and the rest of the 10+ employees were standing around, chatting and enjoying what seemed like a group break. I finally left. Again, I went to my home branch and they worked fast and efficiently - how banks should work. ATM Machine: I haven't had a worse few times at the ATM. The ATMs in the San Bernardino branch are brand new and VERY user-friendly. The downside is that people are either afraid of them, or don't understand the simplicity of the machines. Never using them on breaks again. Poor, poor bank. If you want to spend a couple of hours at bank, this is where to go.
