After they close the bank, there's a big as lines to use the ATM outside, it's been months and they haven't fix the ATM Inside the one you can open the door with your debit card.
If I could I rate zero stars ?

Came in to ask questions and open an account. They asked me to just apply online, as they didn't have time to answer my questions.
I will just be taking my business elsewhere.

you guys need to fix the damn reader to use the indoor ATM, it hasn't been working in months and it pisses me off that I have to drive further to use the ATM because the outside ATM can't deposit checks and that sucker is freaking broken too.

I dropped in to this branch with all types of request including a request for a strap of $2 dollar bills. There were 2 tellers on duty. They were fast and friendly. One of them was named Maria and the other one was not. One of them was the best ever!!! They were both great.I love this branch. The parking lot was clean and free of people loitering. Even the security guard was pleasant and wished me a great day as I walked out. Thank you for being wonderful ?

Everyone has been so helpful every time I have come in. They always greet me with a smile. I don’t recall who helped my son get his first high school debit card, but she was very nice. He opened his own checking account recently and this time Shinere helped him. She was also very nice and took the time to make sure he understood everything! Thanks Shinere!

There was a long line for the 1 ATM machine outside the bank. How come the reader did the one inside the bank hasn't been fixed?This branch gets homeless people asking for $/ things all the time. I used to go inside whenever I felt unsafe.Please fix the reader to use the ATM inside.

Horrible service! You cannot reach anyone ever! You need to make an appointment weeks in advance to take care of business! I am taking my business accounts to a credit union ! I recommend everyone do the same! You won't get help from chase!

I just use their ATM and it's usually up and running.It's not a big branch this location is super small so I'm not sure if they offer all services here like their bigger sister branches do.
